As always, it never disappoints.
Pros:

The staff are super friendly and incredibly efficient and the hotel is very modern and quaint at the same time. There’s no stress, no hassle — everything runs like clockwork. We usually stay at the hotel as a pit stop, and we never have to worry about what time we arrive, as they provide access codes that allow you to check in at any time. That’s very important when you’re on a road trip.

Cons:

We truly can’t criticize anything — the hotel is excellent. If we absolutely had to suggest one improvement, it would be to reopen their fabulous bar, which once brought such life and atmosphere to the whole town.

Pros:

Die Frau an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und fröhlich. Das hat mir sehr gut gefallen.
Unser Gepäck wurde bereits auf das Zimmer gebracht.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr ansprechend und sehr lecker.

Pros:

- Hôtelière très sympathique.
- Un parking à proximité et peu cher existe (à demander à la réception).
- Tout est beau, moderne, fonctionnel.
- Le charmant centre-ville de Stans est à quelques pas, le funiculaire du Stanserhorn est quant à lui en face de l'hôtel ! Cela dit, l'hôtel reste facile d'accès en voiture.

Zugige und eiskalte Zimmer, direkt am Bahngleis. Im Winter absolut NICHT empfehlenswert
Pros:

Gute Ausstattung im Einzelzimmer und sauber.
Grosszügige Frühstückstheken.

Cons:

Es war eisig kalt in den Zimmern. Die Heizung war hinter einer Holzverkleidung und der Thermostat nicht zugänglich. Die Heizung war nur lauwarm. Das Bett direkt am Fenster bzw. an der Aussenwand. Es war ständig ein kalter Luftzug zu spüren. Die Rezeption war nachts nicht besetzt, weshalb ich nichts melden konnte. Die dünne Bettdecke half nicht gegen die Kälte. Das Bad war noch kälter. Ich hatte das Gefühl, auf einem Dachboden zu hausen. Wir waren zu dritt angereist- alle in einem Einzelzimmer und alle froren die Nacht durch. Ausserdem waren unsere Zimmer direkt am Bahngleis, was der Beschreibung nicht zu entnehmen war. Somit fällt das Preisleisungsverhältnis meiner Meinung nach erst recht schlecht aus. Der Frühstücksraum war ebenfalls furchtbar zugig und die Sitzflächen der Stühle eisig kalt.

Very nice hotel, friendly & helpful staff. The room was pristine, and the beds very comfortable. No issues!

Very nice breakfast.

Cons:

Parking is off site- not far at all, but an exact location/name of the parkplace would be nice to know before arriving. There are many car-parks in the area, but not for overnight/long term.

Live your Swiss dreams here, close to train station but a quaint perfect village.
Pros:

The property is immaculate and the setting is out of a story book. The staff was extremely helpful.

Cons:

The only downside is no staff present 24 hours. But again the place was perfect. Thank you
