Worst Services and facility.. Be careful.

Nothing is here you can like.

Cons:

Bedsheets were dirty. You will not get any kind of cleanliness here. Cupboards are broken.. TV is not working. The hotel will not arrange any kind of food. You will not get any kind of bathroom accessories. Staff are not cooperative. This is not a hotel, this is the lower category of the guest house. Be careful if you are booking a room here. If you are booking a room here you will not get anything.

FAKE HOTEL.LOOKS LIKE SOME ILLEGAL BUILDING
Pros:

The hotel do NOT work with booking.com
On arrival, hotel said they did not provide any rooms and also said they are sold out.
We had to move to other hotel which was 3x of the shyam international rate. Could not contact booking.com as it was late and important was to get the other hotel rather than wasting time fighting and complaining.

Pros:

They didn't allow checkin. The staff said that they had removed their listing from Booking.com but it was still visible on your website. It was a big problem for us as we were first timers in Lucknow and we couldn't checkin

No clarity with Booking .com.
