Ottima posizione e bella stanza.
Pros:

Hotel in posizione centralissima a Pest, nel cuore della movida magiara.
Locali notturni, ristoranti, pub, ecc si trovano a 2 passi.
Camera moderna e funzionale.

Cons:

Migliorerei l'impianto di aspirazione in bagno.
Purtroppo al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato odore di umido. Per fortuna che c'era una finestra grande per abbiamo potuto arieggiare la camera, anche se questo comportava più rumore (sotto c'è un bel ristorante moderno con musica ad alto volume sino a mezzanotte (la struttura mette a disposizione dei tappi per le orecchie).

Very easy access to a cosy room
Pros:

Easy access to the room and very good customer service. All information was provided prior to my arrival and staff was available when I needed them.

Cons:

The window above the entrance door let's daylight in. Could maybe consider an option to fully darken the room.

Pros:

The rooms are nice and well-maintained, with thorough cleaning that we really appreciated. It was also a nice touch that they provided still water and coffee, which made the stay more comfortable.

Cons:

The location is convenient, but there were a few things that affected our stay. The room is situated above a restaurant, so there is quite a bit of noise, with music starting in the morning and continuing into the night. There is also a lot of light coming into the room, which made it a bit difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
Additionally, there isn’t a traditional reception service. While there is a luggage room available, it’s worth noting that the hotel doesn’t take responsibility for stored items, which might be something to keep in mind when planning your arrival or departure.
Overall, it could be a good option depending on what you’re looking for, but there are a few points for improvements especially for a 4-star hotel.

Non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative
Pros:

Ottima posizione, pub e ristoranti sotto il nostro hotel, stanza non rumorosa per fortuna.

Cons:

Pulizia camere e ricambi asciugamani solo su richiesta (tramite cartello che fanno finta di non vedere: a noi lo buttavano a terra apposta), siamo stati due giorni senza asciugamani puliti. Mancanza di reception fisica, dunque non c’è possibilità che le richieste vengano risolte o ascoltate nell’immediato, anche se Klaudia ci è stata d’aiuto e ci ha risposto ai messaggi nel breve termine.
Da un hotel/residence quattro stelle, ci aspettavamo molto di più.

Pros:

The reviews scared me a little, because they were so mixed, but fortunately that didn't stop me from booking here.
This hotel is fantastic, beautiful, with a breathtaking entrance, spotless and very well-appointed rooms. And it's in the heart of the city, 10 minutes from the cathedral and 5 from the synagogue—you're practically a 5-minute walk from everything. The instructions for accessing your room are very simple. The reviews mention music noise on weekends. I won't lie, you're in the heart of the city, and it's normal for a little noise, but the rooms are well soundproofed. It's like hearing your roommate with the radio on from down the hall with both doors closed—you can practically hear nothing.
A special thanks to Klaudia, who was always available. Our vacation was unique, especially because we stayed here.
We'll be back ❤️

Cons:

从头到尾除了保洁员没见过一个服务人员，酒店开在酒吧一条街上，隔音奇差无比，晚上十二点前想休息是万万不能的，外面的音乐能把你震死。房间和房间之间隔音也奇差无比，任何人吹头发都能听的一清二楚。最夸张也最恶心的是，我到达以后在我的房间上厕所，发现卫生间垃圾桶里居然有上一位客人的垃圾。哇塞，你们真的好环保，好节约，连个垃圾袋都舍不得换。跟图片上的公寓长得完全不一样！上当受骗！

Spaziosa ma cattivissimo odore
Pros:

Camera spaziosa per tre persone. Posizione super centrale. Ampia stanza dove lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out

Cons:

Appena abbiamo preso possesso della camera e siamo entrati, c era una puzza tremenda di fogna. Abbiamo lascjato la finestra tutta la notte aperta perché l'aria era irrespirabile e l'abbiamo detto anche con i messaggi, ma non ci hanno risposto. Bagno senza finestra puzzolente. Eravamo in tre ma hanno messo tazze e bicchieri per due persone. Il primo giorno si sono dimenticati di cambiare le asciugamani. Letto scomodissimo si affossava per 4 notti mi é venuto il maldischiena.

Tutto meraviglioso!
Pros:

Siamo stati benissimo!!Abbiamo scelto la camera con gli abbaini, avevano a disposizione una macchina da caffè con a disposizione diverse cialde di caffè ogni giorno, nel frigo bar due bottiglie sempre piene di acqua sia gasata che naturale, due paia di ciabattine da camera in tessuto, la pulizia della camera giornaliera direi impeccabile.
Il letto è molto comodo, le finestre ad abbaino sul soffitto isolano benissimo dalla strada.
La posizione è meravigliosa é situato nel ghetto ebraico, nella nostra via ci sono tanti localini bellissimi, street food ecc..altra cosa fantastica è posizionato vicino al capolinea del pulman che porta all’aeroporto (E100), raggiungibile in 5 - 7minuti.

Abbiamo girato tantissime zone di Budapest, assolutamente non potevamo scegliere di meglio.

Grazie avete contribuito a rendere la nostra vacanza ancora più bella e grazie per la disponibilità nel farci entrare in stanza prima del consueto orario del check-in.
