Cons:

I couldnt access the property. All of my calls were rejected due to the manager putting his phone on night mode. I waited for 90 minutes at the property calling and trying to access the property. I gave up eventually and spent the night in the airport.

Was located not too far from the airport.

Cons:

Never received check in instructions even though I let them know what time my flight was when I booked the room months ago. I arrived at the property which is poorly lit, taxi driver couldn't find it with GPS. No one answered the door. I messaged repeatedly and called both the local number and the UK WhatsApp number listed in the confirmation email, multiple times, and got no answer or number was not in service. Texted booking.com's customer service and was told they would get back to me within 24 hours. Not in the least bit helpful when you spend over an hour sitting on the door step calling and messaging. I expect a full refund for this booking and am so disappointed in booking.com for allowing this and not having a live person responding to customer issues. Isn't that what customer service is all about?!!!

Se for de casal, ou homem, acho tranquilo. Se for mulher, talvez pensaria duas vezes

Perto do aeroporto, quarto confortável e arrumado.

Cons:

Na descrição dizia banheiro compartilhado, porém não achei que seria um apartamento com dois quartos isolados. Quando cheguei, tinha outra pessoa dentro do mesmo apartamento que eu… eu imaginava algo com vários quartos individuais que daria em um corredor, e somente o banheiro que seria fora pra todo mundo do lado de fora de todos os quartos. Porem os dois quartos eram dentro de 1 único apartamento, com cozinha, sala e uma porta de entrada. Por ser mulher viajado sozinha, fiquei com medo… se acontecesse algo dentro do AP ninguém poderia me ajudar, pq nem veriam o que aconteceu. Escrevendo porque pode ter interpretações erradas de mais meninas

Pros:

The matras and the shower: the two most important things :))

The apartment was very complete, with everything there.

Location: 15 min walk to the airport!

Cons:

I had only one blanket, which was a bit cold.
The window could not open, andvI like fresh air. Please repair soon!
