Instructions on accessing the property could have been sent at least 48 hours before. Not all travellers will have access to mobile data to communicate if they have issues accessing the property.

There is room for improvement here. Upon arrival, there was almost zero toilet paper in the bathroom (enough for one go). There is no top sheet on the bed which feels gross for a place that multiple people stay. I didn’t leave my room much as it was the only warm place in the apartment. The shower doesn’t drain well and the water would’ve spilled onto the floor had I not cut my shower short. Also, if you go out into the hallways in the evening, take a flashlight as there are no lights and it is very dark.
Also, and this may be out of anyone’s control, it took forever to find the building as my map showed the location 2 blocks away.

Só fui informada que era no terceiro andar e que não havia elevador quando estava chegando, infelizmente eu não havia percebido que se tratava de um apartamento independente, pensei que fosse um hostel, achei o anuncio com informações não muito claras, enfim para mim não foi uma experiência boa, dividir um apartamento com uma pessoa completamente estranha e barulhenta que entrava e saia o tempo todo batendo a porta de entrada do apartamento.

A única crítica que faço tem a ver com a janela do quarto que tem mau isolamento e deixa entrar muito frio. Tive que improvisar e colocar a toalha do banho a fazer de cortina.

The mattress was barely 6" and too firm.
The pillows were small, only 2 available.
The second guest was noisy, conversation with the speaker on instead of using headphones.
I had to go up and down the 45 steps stairs a few times because only one entry key was available at the time.

Wasn’t clear it was a shared apartment

Die Wohnung musste man mit einem Fremden Person teilen. Aber sonst war gut.
