Sehr sauber, Zimmer hell und modern , gute Betten

Cons:

Da kein Frühstück angeboten wurde, hätte ich mir auf dem Zimmer eine Möglichkeit zur Zubereitung von Tee/ Kaffee gewünscht ( man konnte sich jedoch im ehemaligen Frühstücksraum im Erdgeschoss etwas zubereiten)

Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen. Trotzdem mit guter Straßenbahnanbindung in die Innenstadt. Es ist sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider bietet das Hotel kein Frühstück mehr an, was ich persönlich sehr Schade finde. :-(
Unser Zimmer war etwas hellhörig, vorallem Trittschall betreffend.

Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Hallo,
ich stand abends vor dem Schlüsselsafe und keine Karte in meinem Fach - Notfalls-Nummer angerufen- neues Fach öffnen lassen via Handy ==> wieder keine Zimmerkarte...dann 3tes Fach öffnen lassen..endlich ! 2 Zimmerkarten im Schliessfach.

Am nächsten morgen um 7:30 niemand an der Rezeption (obwohl, gem. eMail Information, Rezeption v. Mo. - Fr. von 07:30 bis 13.00 besetzt ist)...abends ins Hotel gekommen, mein Beschwerdezettel von morgens lag immernoch auf dem Rezeptionstisch ==> Ergo: keiner war den ganzen Tag an der Rezeption gewesen....Wobei zusätzlicher Beschwerdezetel dort lag von anderne Gast, der sich beschwerte das in seinen Schliessfach eine fremde Karte drin war.

Am 3ten Tag "Auschecken" - Dame an der Rezeption versuchte mir zu erklären, das die Rezeption nur sporadisch besetzt ist, und das ich doch ein Zimmer bekommen hätte...keine Entschuldigung, kein Entgegenkommen...eher eine Vermittlung von "Kunde, stell dich nicht so an..." ==> Definitiv: NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN dieser Service. (P.S. der Fernseher auf dem Zimmer ging auch nicht)...aber vllt. ist dieser der Service für einen Zimmerpreis von ca. 75,-.€ (o. Frühstück)

..mein Fernseher ging nur 30 min. lang, und danach ging er nach 10 sec. aus nachdem ich ihn eingeschaltet hatte.

...warum schreibt man dem Kunden "Rezeption ist von montags bis freitags 7 - 13 Uhr besetzt...." wenn um 07:30 Uhr immernoch keiner da ist?
