Breakfast
Breakfast was very good. And they upgraded our room to the executive room. We had access to the executive lounge, where the service, food and view were excellent.
Maybe their staff could be trained to speak a bit more English. But despite language barrier, the staff was very helpful and kind.

(1) 早餐超出預期, 多款美味, 性價比高.
(2) 唯獨是電梯方面不太方便, 由泊車在地下停車場後, 要行上2層樓梯後再要轉2次電梯才到房間樓層. 拖著行李實在有點不方便.
The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The view was nice.
Noticed some mold in the AC vents. And many places where the wallpaper was coming away. The room is already looking tired and need of renovation.
Very unclear of where the lobby is.
Also the photos and amenities did not match the description of the the room booked.
Communication was an issue but the staff did work with us to sort out a solution.
Furthermore the choice of bathroom style makes the room feel like the hotel is 20 years old.

Where do I start ?
Buffet breakfast was exceptional. Asian and Western. They offered sushi, donuts, cheese, latte coffee,, bacons, dim sum, Chinese hot dishes or fried food, and so much more.
Room view was amazing. We could see all the lakes and mountains far away.
Room service was unmatched. The cleaning staff put an extra metal rack in our room to dry our swimming suits.
The temperature controlled indoor pool is 25 meters long (half Olympic size) with life guards on duty at all times. There were lockboxes by the pool side for cellphones.
All staff were extremely helpful, courteous, anf resourceful.
Dicky, one of the managers, was amazing. He was so helpful when we asked for sewing kits...two times !
Andy in the restaurant was excellent. He was helpful and helped changed our food for vegetarian options.
Need to have some more English speaking staff. Need to keep meat and fish food away from vegetarian food
Egg station at breakfast Need to use new pan everytime to make an item.
