Pros:

High value, Enjoyed the stay!
Maybe would be worth mentioning that it is self check-in, and there is no elevator, but if you don’t mind, absolutely recommend!

とても快適でした
Pros:

部屋はとても清潔で、タオルも毎日交換してもらえるし、キッチンでちょっとした料理も出来る。
3歳の子供との家族旅でしたが何の不自由も無かったです。
徒歩圏内にドン・キホーテがあるのも良かったです。

My main complaint was that the room has all the cooking devices- stove, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer- yet they offer no utensils or cooking supplies (only cups). so after checking in and seeing the room I had bought food for my stay and then realized I had no way to cook or eat any of it. They also wanted to charge me money to check out one hour later.
Also I believe I stayed at a bad time because they hd loud construction going on during the day.
I don’t usually complain, all of my other accommodations on this trip have gotten 10/10 but I do believe I need to point out these factors that made my stay less enjoyable

Pros:

セルフでチェックインでしたが事前チェックイン手続きを済ませていたのでスムーズでした。
部屋は清潔でとてもよかったです。
ベッドは広くしっかりと固めで個人的には寝やすかったです。
洗濯の洗剤や断水時のトイレ用予備の水まで備えてあったのは親切だなぁと思いました。
炊飯器は貸出スペースにあったのですが他の調理器具(鍋や包丁など)が見当たらずキッチンは使用せずでした。超短期滞在だったので問題はなかったですが。

Pros:

Absolutely zero rules and complaints and nagging which is unusual as Japanese people are constantly complaining. Near all the shops
Plenty of space in room

Nowhere near the beach
Sheets did not feel clean and smelt used
