Un muy buen lugar para desconectarse
Pros:

La vista y ubicación es genial. Lugar seguro cerca de costanera, paseos, a minutos de rueda de la fortuna.. Maravilloso, el Restaurant es muy rico.. Los platos esquisitos y valores acordes.

Mal olor
Pros:

La atencion y la ubicacion.

Cons:

El hotel tenia muy mal olor en todas sus instalaciones. Tenia olor a humedad, a bencina y a encierro. Habia un hoyo en el techo de la habitacion. Estaba sucio y todo muy viejo. Los papeles murales estaban inflados con la humedad.

Muy buena ubicación del hotel y muy buenas vistas desde las habitaciones. Excelente restaurant, muy buena carta, distribución, vistas y buena atención por parte del personal. Un lugar con historia.

Mala mantención de alguna de las habitaciones. No tiene estacionamiento.

Muy agradable. Restaurante icónico, precioso y Menú excelente. Importante presencia del dueño.
Pros:

Desayuno, suficiente, bien para no ser bufet. Incorporaría opción de Fruta fresca y/o cereal+yogurt. Alternativa de leche sin lactosa.

Atención más personalizada, mayor empatía y preocupación a detalles con los huéspedes.

La ubicación y la vista eran excelentes

Cons:

Se entiende que es un una arquitectura antigua, pero debería que modernizarse sin perder su esencia, a las habitaciones les falta a/c porque son un horno, si uno necesita 1 día para descansar y no se puede, cambiar los colchones de las camas se notan que son antiguos, deberían que colocar algún tipo de malla en los ventanales ya que los antepechos de estos son muy bajos y para las personas que tienen niños son un peligro latente.
