El personal bastante desatento y poco amable.
Las instalaciones están muy viejas y mal tenidas, le falta urgentemente una mantención a las instalaciones.
Habia um muy mal olor en la pieza, a baño, humedad.
El desayuno muy básico, atendido por un moso muy poco atento. Sin fruta, ni nada dulce..sólo un poco de pan de molde con escasas cosas para ponerle, ni siquiera te ofrecían mas café, realmente decepcionante. Es un hotel caro, de cierta categoría y uno espera mas de lo que se ofrece. Lo mejor sin duda es la ubicación..pero claramente no basta para dejar satisfecho a quien se hospeda

Como lugar histórico, con poca inversión se le pueden hacer mejoras variadas que encanten al cliente

Nos encanto el restaurante, tomamos un muy buen desayuno con vistas espectaculares.

Cons:

Las instalaciones en general acusan falta de mantenimiento y renovación, estuve en la habitación 34 y me encuentro con pisos desnivelados, englobados por la humedad (la peor señal), terraza en malas condiciones e insegura, techo del baño con hongos, ventanas sueltas (sin burletes). En general pisos de madera desgastados y muros de de escala tambien. Falta de limpieza en vidrios de ventanas y fachadas cayendo a pedazos, canaletas y bajas de agua lluvia corroidas y rotas impensable estar acá en invierno. Como experto en Mantenimiento me decepcionó la falta de mantención en general.

To magiczne miejsce, przepełnione historią i wspomnieniami. Jego czas świetności przeminął i są to chyba ostatnie lata funkcjonowania. Dlatego warto spędzić tu kilka nocy. Każdemu polecam.
