Pros:

We had a night flight, which meant we had to change our plans and urgently look for a new place to stay. While we were at the airport, this hotel was the only one to respond quickly, confirming that they could check us in during the night! Everything was absolutely wonderful! It’s a very cozy, family hotel in the city’s historic center. We were warmly welcomed and were finally able to get some rest after a long flight! Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

No respetaron la reseva. Me cambiaron del hotel porque le dieron la habitación reservada a otra persona. A pesar de que a cambio.me ofrecieron desayuno y el taxi para trasladarme a la otra sucursal pase un mal rato porque llegamos cansados y queríamos llegar a descansar ya que eran las 2 am de la madrugada. SI notifique al hotel la hora de llegada precisamente para que no haya inconveniente.

Cons:

No tenían las habitaciones listas a la hora de hacer el check-in tuvimos que esperar, las habitaciones no tienen secadora de cabello como lo dice en su descripción, nos indican que solo algunas tienen, no nos resolvieron prestando alguna.
