Wij waren niet tevreden met ons verblijf in dit hotel.
Het hotel ligt in een afgesloten complex en is vrij ver van winkels, wat het bezoeken van winkelcentra onpraktisch maakt.
De receptie die ons hielp, was erg onvriendelijk.
Daarnaast hadden we een probleem met de kamer: er waren insecten, waaronder muggen, en de oplossing van het hotel was om de kamer te fumigeren terwijl wij met onze vierjarige baby verbleven. De kamer rook daardoor ondraaglijk en men verwachtte dat we daar zouden blijven.
Niet tevreden met deze oplossing vroegen we om een andere kamer. We moesten van 22:00 tot middernacht wachten voordat er iets geregeld werd. Na deze lange wachttijd waren we bijna het hotel verlaten, maar uiteindelijk kregen we een andere kamer aangeboden.
Volgens hen werkt dit hotel samen met de Swiss-hotelketen, maar dit lijkt helemaal niet realistisch.
Ik was absoluut niet tevreden en vind de hoge prijs zeker niet waard.
Ik zou hier niet terugkeren en kan het verblijf niet aanbevelen.

Um bom hotel, pra quem quer ficar longe da muvuca e conhecer outra face do Paraguai.
Pros:

Localizado dentro de um condomínio de luxo, a 20 minutos de carro dos centros de compras de Cidade do Leste, e 15 minutos a pé dos restaurantes do condomínio. Piscina ótima, café da manhã bom, mas repetitivo. Quarto espaçoso e com linda vista para o rio Paraná, cama e banheira muito boas.

Cons:

Restaurante com cardápio fraco, comida com pouco sabor. Camareiras desorganizadas, falharam em reposição de toalhas, e nosso kit de higiene bucal simplesmente "desapareceu". Reclamamos, porém não nos deram atenção. Sobre os valores, no checkout paguei em torno de 30% a mais sobre o valor que estava no booking, com a justificativa que seriam "taxas adicionais por pagarmos por cartão de crédito", apesar que no booking já estavam com taxas. Enfim, acredito que fomos enrolados.

La foto de la habitación que se publica versus la realidad es totalmente diferente. Me sentí la verdad estafada. Muy dejado el hotel, viejo. Lastimosamente ya no podía cancelar. Pero ya no iré nunca más.
