Good value for the price
Pros:

Staff cannot be nicer. Laundry service was very good but be aware of they charge 18% taxes on top of the given price. Room was very clean, everyday asking if we wanted room service. The location is very good.

Cons:

The room was very nice but be aware of the room doesn’t have a proper window looking outside .

Situation très appréciable en bordure de la "ville blanche".
Équipement et propreté au top.
Accuril et personnel sympathique et disponible.

Outstanding service, very comfortable room, great sleep, delicious food!
Pros:

A peaceful property tended to with so much love. Excellent location to explore the French Quarter, ashram and walk the promenade. Very comfortable room. The best part was how the entire team was very kind and helpful. Chiranjit in the restaurant remembered all my favorite breakfast items and was a bright part of my mornings when I would go to breakfast after my morning walks on the promenade. It was a perfect homebase for my time in Pondicherry. I look forward to staying again on my next visit.

Magnificent stay at Executive Inn
Pros:

Located in White Town, it's quite close to the Rock Beach. Full marks for the cleanliness. Excellent service and staff behavior force you to love this property. In spite of the LPG crisis, they laid out quite a few items of our liking in the breakfast

Cons:

The TV could be replaced by a smart tv. The tea coffee served with the breakfast could be improved

Pros:

We were here sightseeing. The hotel is in a good location as we enjoyed walking to the French Quarter/ White Town. The room was clean and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant several times for convenience and the food and service were always good. The property shows its age a bit, but that is part of its character. We would stay again.

Fabulous stay
Pros:

When we first arrived at Executive Suites - Annex, after a very long taxi ride from Rameswarem, we weren't quite sure about it and wanted to upgrade to the main hotel.

There was no availability that evening and by the time we could have a room in the main hotel we did not want to move as we were being so well looked after!

Our room was spacious and clean. It had a small balcony looking out onto the street. We had plenty of space for our belongings, which was useful for our 7 night stay.

The bathroom was clean and the shower was excellent, always plenty of hot water. A/C worked well and wasn't too noisy.

Every morning we were asked if we wanted our room to be serviced.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to ensure our stay was comfortable and stressfree.

The location is perfect for exploring Pondicherry, close to restaurants and bars and a short walk to the promenade.

Whilst the street was busy during the day, at night it was very quiet and we slept very well most nights.

We saw some of the rooms in the main hotel and they were lovely but for half the price we were more than happy in the Annex.

We tried the restaurant and it was excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you so much to the team for your kindness. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Sometimes at night the dogs would be barking at each other. Not something the hotel can easily control.

Pros:

Excellent location. Clean room with plenty of daylight. The bed was comfortable. The balcony was a bonus.
Good value all things considered.

Cons:

The hotel taxi service charges extortionate prices. Got a taxi independently for 60 percent of the hotel quotation.
