Pros:

Excellent location. Clean room with plenty of daylight. The bed was comfortable. The balcony was a bonus.
Good value all things considered.

Cons:

The hotel taxi service charges extortionate prices. Got a taxi independently for 60 percent of the hotel quotation.

The staff are wonderful. The manager speaks excellent English and her recommendations for shopping or taxis or direction

Wunderbar aufmerksam und gut gelegen.
Pros:

Ein wunderbares Hotel in Pondicherry! Die Zimmer sind schön und auch schön groß. Am Rand des ehemaligen Kolonialviertels gelegen ist hier alles schöne in Pondy fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal ist aufmerksam, stets freundlich und erfüllt sogar Extrawünsche. Da man viele europäische Gäste hat, würzt die Küche bewusst nicht so scharf, was für unsere Gaumen eine willkommne Abwechslung war. Vielen Dank dafür!
Wir können dieses Hotel jeden Touristen, der Pondicherry besucht nur empfehlen!

Very clean, comfortable, great restaurant, great location
Pros:

This hotel is very well run. It is very clean and comfortable. The restaurant serves great breakfasts and very tasty food for dinner. The staff are attentive and friendly. The lady owner is so amazing. She will help with any query and really has her eye on the ball. Definitely recommended. Location is spot on too. Easy walk to the beach promenade.

Convenient for White town and a promenade along beach

Spacious room. Staff helpful.

Cons:

Traffic incredibly noisy but we were able to change rooms to the back of hotel and so much quieter

Lokalizacja w centrum miasta

Cons:

Pokój hotelowy był bardzo ciemny i brudny. Pościel i ręczniki były poplamione. Łazienka w fatalnym stanie. W całym pokoju śmierdziało naftaliną, do tego stopnia że nie dało się przykryć kocem, a poduszka pod głową śmierdziała. Masa komarów ukrytych w ciemnych zakątkach pokoju. Śniadanie bardzo ubogie. Jestem zdziwiona ilością pozytywnych opinii na Booking, ponieważ dla mnie to jeden z gorszych hoteli w których się zatrzymałam.
