Cons:

No one on the gate to help the customer coming...i have to pull my baggage from stair to the reception,,,Gaurd was there but no help or guidance for where is ramp to carry my baggage without struggel ( it was on 8th June around 2,30 p.m when i checkin). Alos no in room servies menu...all the Tandoori items are there but actually no Tandoori food was avialbe on 8th or 9th June 2025

The hotel New’s to work upon it’s Lenin

Pleasent staff food was good

Cons:

Lenin were dirty, not cleaned at all
There were hairs on the bed sheet and pillow , oil marks etc. the hotel was not able to provide a clean Lenin
