Kiva asunto, mutta huolto vähän huonolla mallilla.

Asunto itsessään oli oikein kiva ja tilava ja hyvällä sijainnilla.

Cons:

Asiakaspalvelu bookingin kautta ei toiminut lainkaan. Vastasivat kyllä viesteihin, mutta eivät tehneet mitään asioille joista ilmoitin.
Asuntoon mennessä oli kamalat portaat, mitkä oli hankalat matkatavaroiden ja lasten kanssa.
Parkkipaikkaa talolla ei ollut vaan auto piti jättää vähän matkan päähän.
Tv ei toiminut. Ja suihkun lattiakaivo oli hiukan tukossa jonka vuoksi suihkua ei voinut pitää pitkään päällä.

An amazing trip and I want to come back.
Pros:

The property was very centrally located so it was easy to pop back from the town centre. It had everything that we needed and was well equipped for self catering.

Apparemment bien situé, mais peu d'équipement de cuisine, une seule salle de bains avec un wc pour nous 4 alors que cet appartement peut recevoir 6 ou 7 personnes, et manque de possibilité d'obstruer les fenêtres alors que le soleil ne se couche pas !

“I stayed for two days earlier and rated it 10/10. When I returned three days later for another night, I could only give it 3/10.

Cons:

There were six of us travelling together. On the first two nights we were given an entire suite, which was excellent. When we returned three days later, we could only be allocated two separate rooms, which was understandable. However, I had clearly requested that the two rooms be as close to each other as possible. Instead, the arrangement was ‘as far as possible’ — the two rooms were not even in the same building. One of them was in a third building across the street, more than 100 metres away. Unfortunately, it happened to be extremely windy and rainy at the time, which caused us significant inconvenience

Pros:

We were very lucky as they upgraded us to a 2 bed apartment . We only stayed 1 night and it was great. Really comfortable beds , clean and Great location . Staff very helpful .

Really bad rooms with so much bad smell and very poor equipment

We have booked in one of your hotels, after the payment you send me a e mail taht we gettibg Upgraded to another of your hotels….

The room was smelly, the kitchen was very very pooor, the rooms were not cleaned properly, the bathroom was very smelly…..I also told the guy on the reception, he offered me another room… i have checked it but it was same…. Same smell, same poor equipment… we decided to stay in the original room….

Also the Booking guarantee that we not gonna be charged anything else then what we payed…
on the reception he asked me to tap my card to the terminal so they book some money from my card as a safety deposit…..
you should pay us safety deposit for what we got from you guys….

Great comfortable stay! Only issue was one of the heaters had an issue and seemed to cause the electricity to short circ
