Très bon séjour
Pros:

Logement spacieux, avec tout le nécessaire pour une ou plusieurs nuits sur tromso.
Le propriétaire très agreable, et d'excellent conseils pour les visites ou restaurants de tromso.

Pros:

Appartamento spazioso e funzionale a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Tromso. Cucina ben fornita, letti molto comodi, bagno essenziale ma spazioso.

Cons:

Cucina non pulitissima, sarebbe stata cosa gradita trovare almeno zucchero e sale. La TV non funzionava.

Il primo appartamento disastroso. Al 2 piano senza ascensore con fue scale a chiocciola ripidissime impraticabili con le valige e non segnalate al momentodella prenotazione. . Bagno poco pulito e senza luce. Divano e armadio di una camera rotto. Dopo diverse lamentele vi hanno cambiato appartamento e finalmente abbiamo trovato un alloggio pulito e confortevole

La struttura è datata e anche il mobilio è decisamente vecchio e non ben mantenuto. Una delle due camere era senza finestra. Nell'altra stanza ci stava malapena un letto, oltretutto scomodo. Le tende oscuranti erano solo in cucina e in sala e non nella camera dove effettivamente sarebbero necessarie, specie in estate quando c'è luce h.24. nel bagno non c'era un punto di appoggio e il sistema di ventilazione non sembrava in funzione.

Pros:

Nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato nella casetta in reception abbiamo sempre trovato Oliver, ragazzo simpaticissimo e molto disponibile che ci ha dato tante info anche sul posto.
Avevamo prenotato la casa con l'idea di poter usare la lavatrice, non l'abbiamo però trovata in casa ma Oliver ci ha spiegato che potevamo usare quella in comune nell'edificio principale (zona hotel) e così abbiamo fatto. Certo non è stato comoda come averla in casa ma si ovviava al problema con comodità.
La casa dispone di tutti i comfort necessari, dalle stoviglie all'asse e ferro da stiro, consigliata.
L'acqua del rubinetto è potabile, valore aggiuntissimo dato il costo dell'acqua imbottigliata in Norvegia!

Cons:

La casa si trova su una delle tante salite di Tromsø, a piedi si faceva un po' fatica, soprattutto con i bagagli, chi arriva in auto sicuramente è avvantaggiato.
Sarebbe stato carino avere più punti di appoggio in bagno, magari dei ganci per poter appendere gli asciugamani o una sedia/mobiletto dove poter poggiare vestiti/pigiama quando si fa la doccia.
Da ragazza con capelli ricci apprezzo sempre tanto quando, oltre all'asciugacapelli, trovo in casa anche il diffusore, qui purtroppo non c'era. È una bella carineria per gli ospiti 😊

Communication anticipée et appropriée avec le propriétaire, emplacement central et utile, serviabilité de la réception, équipement adéquat, propreté ok

Cons:

It was mentioned to have a washing machine (one of the reason why we booked this one) and there was none.
The bed were way too soft and too small (and we are really not big)
Curtains could be darker and no light through, considering that there is 24/7 light in summer. We had to use our own towelw to block the light.
