The breakfast facility was not availed by me.

Cons:

I requested the team to exempt my dinner charges as we did not avail the breakfast at all. Same was bluntly denied to me. As I calculated if the breakfast was not included in my reservation it would have costed me around 1500 rs for 2 days and I was only asking them to waive off around 700 rs which they bluntly denied to.
