Pros:

The real happiness and relaxing place ever.
All staff are so respected person and especially Mrs. Tania is an incredible person very polite with her charming smile.
I appreciate when guests write their reviews upon their own experience be very sincere and honest and do not descriminate people that works from all their hearts.

Incredible, dreamy, comfortable, authentic Lebanese stay in the heart of Batroun.
Pros:

Lebanese Diaspora Village was INCREDIBLE. Amazing staff (thank you Tania and Ahmed) who help make you so comfortable, an INCREDIBLE facility with beautifully restored buildings, history. The access to restaurants was amazing - we were often tired from the day's activities for dinner and just had to go downstairs for really good food. The courtyard itself is so dreamy - being able to look out at it whether in the morning or evening was so beautiful. It was so clean and cozy and breezy. Loved that this was our vantage point from which we could enjoy and explore Batroun. You're essentially in the heart of the old town. Really really enjoyed the hotel, and Batroun, and can't wait to go back. The hotel also impressed my parents who are not easy to impress :)

Cons:

Only recommendation would be to improve the wifi!

Was hard to find initially so more instructions would have been helpful, also one thing that the NEED is a coffee machine, or a press or anything to be included with breakfast, using the rooms instant coffee pouches wasnt good!

I liked the fact that it felt as if we were coming home having our own key to the property ....

Cons:

The way the breakfast was presented and left on the table was not ok for everything we hear about the lebanese hospitality and breakfast ...... and no staff around to chat with .... pretty absent overall for hospitality

Lovely room, location and compound. Very comfortable!
Pros:

I enjoyed so much the the room with the terrace which is overseeing the main compound of Diaspora Village, which is basically in the heart and old town of Batroun. The room is very high and spacious, bed is very comfortable and the view from the terrace is lovely - keeps you connected to the main activities from the Village. The guest house is small and peaceful - i was in off season so I felt almost alone in the location. You have constant access to extra water , coffee or tea at any time.

Cons:

The breakfast is not continental and it seems to be fixed portion/room regardless of how many people sleep in the room. It is delivered at the door and is coming late - like 9.30 which is late if you have other plans for the day. It is the same thing every day - i think they should reconsider their concept of the breakfast. They should stop using plastic cups for the room and to use regular glasses/mugs!

Good stay
Pros:

Very good location in the heart of Batroun. Tea and coffee and water are offered for free all the time. The woman at the reception was very nice.

Cons:

The room is small but ok for one night stau. However, the toilet is very small, and u have to squeeze yourself to get in. Could be better if its door was sliding.

Pros:

The building is lovely and historical and the rooms are quite charming as well as very clean, comfortable, calm. And most of the times it felt that we had the place to ourselves. All the ambiance including the music was satisfying, amazing breakfast and the food at the restaurants was delicious, the staff are very polite and nice.

Cons:

The mattress of the bed was extremely uncomfortable
