My family likes it because it’s clean and wide.

It happen twice, in short my supposedly stay was canceled twice nov. 7 and nov 22
Pros:

Refund process is fast.

Cons:

After booking ahead, On the day of my check in the property owner canceled my booking saying they were fully booked. I was so upset because i booked and paid ahead of time.

Perfect for overnight layover .Bit of a squeeze with 5 people but OK for 1 night
Pros:

Location was great across the road from SM City mall and walking distance to North bus station and the MyBus to the airport 50 peso . Local Food options close by
Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Good water pressure .Although the room was not overly big , especially for 5 people it had everything you need and you oould cook if you wanted too. Our room was a bit run down but everything was very clean. The building seems to be very busy was families and guests so the elevators can get a bit busy and sometimes take a while.
Perfect for a family for one night stay between flights.

Cons:

Host requested more money despite correctly booking with 3 teenagers. Their ages were correct when we booked only the night before through booking.com but owner insisted we pay for 5 adults. After discussing this he was happy for NO extra payment and he was quite helpful but our first impression wasn’t the best.

comfy and we had a great time
Pros:

accommodating host, facilities are good too (Has swimming pool) and location is at the center which really gives us fast access to do our work smoothly.

Cons:

lack cleaning tools like mop, rugs etc..but upon request to host they provide.

Internet is poor. Change To PLDT
Bed is itchy means bed bugs exist. Little roaches popin out in sink. Ants coming from windows and walls. Brooken cabinetsvand drawers.
