Pros:

The apartments are a good size but are in need of a refresh. Nothing really bad to say about them but equally nothing stood out as a nice surprise. Functional and reasonably well located this place suits the traveler passing through rather than a holiday maker.

Cons:

Ageing facilities, in need of maintenance and refresh..

Pros:

The location was fairly central, The room was clean and had all the basic amenities.

Cons:

The place is very dated and whilst it had all the basic amenities, it really seems to be doing everything the cheapest way possible. Also I had two disrupted nights of sleep as there was constant yelling and banging of doors all through the night. The rooms have absolutely no soundproofing. I did overlook this and don't blame the hotel but do check the reception opening times as they are quite limited.

Prima voor een nachtje
Pros:

Het was prima voor een nacht.
Een klein zwembad en een restaurant op het terrein zijn zeker pluspunten.

Cons:

Er was niet per se iets mis mee. De kamers waren alleen erg ongezellig en wat kil ingericht.

Great location and value. Clean, comfy and well appointed
Pros:

This was a clean, comfy and well located property. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely .

Cons:

We throughly enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. Our favourite thing was how great all the staff were. So helpful and really looked after us. Cleanliness was great and the location.

Although building is a little tired, room was clean and tidy, linens great and bed comfortable.
Pros:

The swimming pool was great. Room had washer and dryer and clothes airer so they were a bonus after 10 days off road. Had tasty meal at Nepalese restaurant on-site.

Cheap and cheerful family apartment (pool and secure parking)
Pros:

Great location, lovely staff, really affordable (especially if youre a family looking for more than just a hotel room, as they are little apartments with bedrooms).
Pool is good, and free secure parking.

Cons:

The bathroom was alittle bit grotty, but not terrible. The location was great, in regard that it was close to the city, but unfortunately there were several very loud locals nearby yelling at each over the course of a few nights. Not the hotels fault, but it did make it difficult to feel relaxed.

Cons:

Stayed in room 203. Arrived at 1.30am for a 3 night stay. When getting into bed noticed black dots on the sheets. Closer inspection they started moving. Bed bugs in both rooms and all 3 beds. Found alternate accommodation that night for my daughter at 2am and I slept on 2seat lounge. Showed staff pics and video in the morning. They said they would change sheets if that helps. After contacting booking.com the Alatai said they would only refund 2 nights accomodation only as I stayed 1 night.
The staff were fine and doing their job.
Hopefully they have attended properly to the bed bug issue.
