Toller Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen und ruhigen Hotel mitten im Wald.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb und ist somit absolut ruhig. Unser Zimmer war groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es gab ein hervorragendes Frühstück und die Möglichkeit den hoteleigenen Onsen privat zu nutzen hat uns besonders gut gefallen.

Cons:

Blaues Onsen war schmutzig , sauna out of order,Kaltwasserbecken unbenutzbar.
Im Umziehbereich waren Unterwäsche (von Vorgänger?)
House keeping inakzeptabel. Nur das Bett wurde notfürftig gemacht und Abfall geleert.
WC und zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt

Una estancia muy agradable
Pros:

El personal es amable, la habitación era maravillosa, la comodidad era perfecta. El onsen azul está muy bien equipado ya que no está concurrido. El desayuno estaba muy rico y completo. La temperatura en el hotel es perfecta y nos prestaron una bicicleta con la que hicimos un tour maravilloso.

Cons:

La secadora no funcionaba y aunque no es culpa del alojamiento la accesibilidad caminando hacia el hotel es difícil ya que hay que pasar por una carretera muy concurrida sin arcén y sin mucha iluminación. El 2º día reservamos el onsen blanco a las 21h y no había nada de amenities y la crema de cuerpo era en realidad cleaner para la cara.

This is in a good location for easy access to Mt Fuji views, but only if you have a car

Cons:

Our room when ‘cleaned’ was only done so by change towels and taking rubbish. No other dishes used (such as a coffee or tea) were cleaned or replaced. The onsen was also a let down, with neither sauna working when we were there. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

It was oke, I’d probably never book here again.
Pros:

Friendly staff and the use of the onsen. Quiet surrounding. Bed and pyamas was oke.

Cons:

Room was not really clean, hairs in bathroom en dead insects near the windows. Shower drain didn’t drain. Breakfast was very simpel and not really fresh.

We recently stayed at the “Resort” and were disappointed.
Firstly, The bed was a double in a room large enough to take a king. The doona basically covered edge to edge which is not satisfactory. I asked for an additional pillow, and were given 2 oversized beanbags with mismatched pillowcases. I’ve seen on reviews that these rooms are replicating authentic Japanese living. The building itself has no Japanese heritage. Just because you throw some matting on the floor doesn’t mean you call it Japanese and use it as an excuse for a small bed and a tiny doona. I suggest if you don't feel you are a resort, you need to remove the word from the hotel name. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness. I didn't feel the room itself or the onsen were clean. Bedroom walls were badly marked and the vents in the onsen were disgusting.
We went down to breakfast on the first day of our two days. Many of the dishes were approaching empty. Three sad fried eggs in one bain-marie looked like they’d been there a while. I had to go to reception and ask for some butter. The breakfast was totally inadequate and totally misrepresented. That afternoon we were approached by the front desk to say that there were fewer people staying over and they didn't want to open up the kitchen. So would we mind going to have breakfast at their restaurant in town the next morning on them? When checking out at 8 o'clock, the receptionist told us the cafe didn't open till 9. I paid for breakfast between 7 and 9 and we were never told that this option we had been presented with fell outside that time frame. So no breakfast.
Add to this the aircon was on heat mode so the room was stifling. And we were told to take off our shoes, and put our feet into uncomfortable malformed vinyl slippers. Why, when we were walking on carpet stains. And the bedroom curtains didn't close properly.

Nous avons passe un séjour a 4 dans 2 chambres similaire.
Très beau cadre, la dame a l accueil tres agréable et souriante. La chambre a etait libre vers 12h30 au lieu de 16h. Il y a des yakutad dans les chambres, Bon petit déjeuner. Dommage c’est pas possible de se rendre a pieds en ville si pas de voiture , obliger de prendre le taxis. Quand îl y en a . On s’est retrouver a attendre longtemps le taxi apres un appel a l’hotel pour nous aider car bloquer au restaurant ( le restaurant n'était pas ouvert au moment de notre reservation, cela n'étais pas stipuler sur booking). Le personnel de nuit na pas etait tres agréable avec nous apres notre appel et notre arrivee tardive a l’hotel en nous précisant quil nous avait attendu longtemps dehors et qui devais deja etre rentré chez lui a cette heure ci.
Heureusement nous avons passé une soiree mémorable dans un restaurant où le personnel etait adorable.

Cons:

Le fait que le restaurant etait ferme sans que sa soit indiquer sur booking.

El trato por parte de todo el personal fue maravilloso. Las instalaciones estaban sumamente cuidadas al detalle y tanto el hotel como el lugar son preciosos. Pero sin duda, lo mejor ha sido el trato recibido.

Pleasant place my Wife and I are not the type to complain and we didn’t overall it was just fine
