Pros:

Très belle hotel, style old school
Très propre.

Cons:

L'eau du Onsen n'étais pas assez chaud et n'avais pas la même qualité thermale pour la peau que l'eau de Hakone.
Le sauna ne fonctionne pas
Les lits sont trop petit pour des européens (1.8m)

Pros:

Notre chambre était grande et correspondait parfaitement à la description et aux photos.
Les onsens privés sont excellents, ils sont gratuits et doivent être réservés. Il y a même un sauna et un bain froid.
L'hôtel est très beau et le cadre dans la forêt est très agréable. Nous avons même vu des biches et cerfs !
Il y a beaucoup de restaurants à proximité accessibles en voiture.

Relaxing chilled stay.
Pros:

Lovely room. Great staff. Meals in restaurant very nice (but note limited choice). Very relaxing which is just what we wanted.

Cons:

Breakfast just ok. Again limited choice. If want to eat out then need to taxi to most of the restaurants.

場所は上でちょっと大変だがいいところでした

Mountain hotel bathing in calm
Pros:

Cosy mountain hotel but there was no mointain or lake view. It was amidst a forest and a bit isolated. There was a complementary spa. Very kind and professional (and eloquent !) Canadian receptionist some of the evenings.

Cons:

Communication could be improved on the possibility of sending luggage. We were told at first that it was not possible but in the end it was just not convenient and more difficult. Fortunately, after realising their miscommunication the staff brought us to the supermarket and assisted us with sending our luggage, do all ended well.

There was also a miscommunication about the breakfast because our booking document did not indicate that it was included and it was by default. The fact that we had to book it online one day before and that prices were indicated online did not help to avoid this misunderstanding. More clarity upon arrival could have helped.

Pros:

Struttura ampia e con molte opzioni, ottima la colazione con la possibilità di scelta, molto bello l'onsen privato prenotabile in loco.

Cons:

Sembra un pò in declino, forse sono solo capitato li in giornate non troppo piene.
Cuscini decisamente troppo alti, senza possibilità di averne di diverse dimensioni e durezza.
Asciugamani fin troppo nuovi, grazie al personale che ha velocemente fornito un'alternativa.

昨年は朝食がブュッフェ方式だったが、今年来たら定食➕フルーツなどは食べ放題だった
チェックインの時間によって入浴出来ない時間がないか心配
