国内だけど、外国のホテルに宿泊した感
Pros:

清潔で、部屋やリネンも綺麗でよかった。

Cons:

清潔ではあったが、消臭芳香剤が置き過ぎていて匂いが強かった。朝食をつけたのだが、清潔感もあり種類もたくさんありよかった。しかし、賞味期限切れのマヨネーズやマスタードが普通に置かれていた。また、トイレットペーパーがそもそも付いてないトイレなどもあった。浴衣の帯がシワシワであるなど、スタッフが外国人なので日本の様な行き届いた配慮がないなと感じてしまった。

Pros:

I liked the location and the room.
The location, although not lakeside as some people may desire, for us was perfect. A little out of the way in the quiet of the woods with msny paths down to Lake Yamanakako.
The room was large and appointed and comfortable.
The highlight was the onsen. It was perfect.
Private and spacious it includes a sauna and plunge pool. Had we stayed longer we would have used it more.

Cons:

The only things were a shower problem in our room, as much as it didn't work, however we were shown to the onsen until it was repaired and tiny things such as no cups for the drinking water dispenser. A tiny detail.

周圍寧靜清幽相當放鬆
員工英文都很好，而且相當友善親切
早上也有提供自助餐式早餐
房間不多所以不會有擁擠的感覺，非常喜歡
還有私人的溫泉湯屋可以借用，裡面的物品設備也都很齊全，很喜歡這次的住宿體驗

需自駕前往較方便，但有足夠的停車位，不需擔心

Pros:

The hotel was wonderful. All the staff and the owner were great. A car is useful to get around. We were extremely lucky that the owner allowed us to use the hotel car.

The rooms were beautiful, the beds were extremely comfortable. There was Onsen for private use and a small gym.

Breakfast was a good mix of different foods. Could not fault the staff, all very helpful.

Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend.
