Pros:

Struttura ampia e con molte opzioni, ottima la colazione con la possibilità di scelta, molto bello l'onsen privato prenotabile in loco.

Cons:

Sembra un pò in declino, forse sono solo capitato li in giornate non troppo piene.
Cuscini decisamente troppo alti, senza possibilità di averne di diverse dimensioni e durezza.
Asciugamani fin troppo nuovi, grazie al personale che ha velocemente fornito un'alternativa.

Excelente estadía. Muy tranquilo
Pros:

Hotel muy tranquilo. Muy bien ubicado. Servicio de lavandería gratis. El servicio es excelente, se nos quedó un libro electrónico y nos contactaron enseguida para devolverlo. Nos llegó de vuelta al día siguiente.

Great location, people, safe and cozy - breakfast wasn't included in price.
Pros:

Onsen, and my wife stayed here while husband and boys hiked Mt. Fuji - perfect stay, calm, and quiet & close to lake.

Cons:

Breakfast should be included in price for onsen to make more like a ryokan, but overall great property. Had parking and easy access.

Lovely boutique hotel tucked away in nature
Pros:

A lovely boutique hotel, hidden away. Would be amazing for a weekend stay but definitely recommend having a car. The staff were amazing and helped us sort out last minute requests. Private onsen was a nice bonus.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay at Sansui. The staff were lovely.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and forthcoming with recommendations for the local area and places to eat.
The rooms were a great size and very traditionally Japanese which is what we were after. The western breakfast was good.

Cons:

If you don’t have a car it is difficult to get to.

Pros:

Très paisible, bel hôtel, onsen privé accessible le matin et le soir, personnel très accueillant et sympathique.
L’hôtel est à 20min à pied du lac. Il y a un arrêt de bus à 100m ou sinon on peut prendre des vélos. Nous avons pris les vélos et ensuite fait le tour du lac, vraiment super
