Relaxing, with opportunity to unwind between busy Tokyo and Kyoto visits.
Pros:

Staff were excellent. Some of best service I have ever received on my travels. The manager went out of his way to get me a drawing kit to loan on request. Night staff were very friendly. Breakfast was also very good. Loved the private onsen.

Cons:

Little bit far from lake, but we did enjoy the walk. A vending machine on site may be handy.

I would say we enjoyed the stay overall.
Pros:

The location was lovely in the forest, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and always asking if we were ok. They organised a taxi for us a couple of times.

Cons:

the breakfast although had a good choice, the hot food unfortunately was cold, considering the cost, that was not good value.We loved the location in the forest, near the lake, however it was a long steep walk, they could do with offering a shuttle service to the lake and back. Or more information on local bus timetables.

zeer gedateerd, matig ontbijt, huurfietsen zijn slecht onderhouden, gym oud, onsen oud, badkamerwater spoelde niet goed door. zijn betere opties in de buurt.

Wonderful place to stay to explore lakes around Mt Fuji
Pros:

Wonderful place in idyllic location! Fantastic room and private onsen available. Great location and facilities. Staff were excellent especially Mr Hou, super helpful and friendly.

Nur mit dem Auto zu empfehlen
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, Onsen kann abends nach Anmeldung für eine Stunde privat genutzt werden (auch Paare)

Cons:

Liegt sehr abseits ->Autourlaub!!!
Die nächsten guten Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nur per Auto oder Bus erreichbar
