Nur mit dem Auto zu empfehlen
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, Onsen kann abends nach Anmeldung für eine Stunde privat genutzt werden (auch Paare)

Cons:

Liegt sehr abseits ->Autourlaub!!!
Die nächsten guten Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nur per Auto oder Bus erreichbar

Pros:

The staff was very Friendly during our stay, 2 nights. We felt very welcome. Private onsen was a plus and next to it has a massage chair.

Das Hotel war für das, was geboten wurde, deutlich überteuert und hat falsche Erwartungen geweckt.
Pros:

Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat sich viel
Mühe gegeben mit allem, obwohl er über 24h alleine da war. Beim Frühstücksbuffet war das Gemüse frisch und gut (Tomaten, Paprika, Gurken). Man konnte alleine in den Onsen nach Voranmeldung. Die Zimmer hatten ein wirklich japanisches Flair.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten im Wald und nicht wie man vermuten würde, am Yamanakakasee. Man hat auch keinerlei Ausblick auf den Fujisan, wie der Eindruck auf den Bildern von booking. com erweckt hat. Beim Frühstück gab es wenig Auswahl, weder japanisch noch europäisch, keinen schwarzen Tee und nur Toastbrot.

Als je van gedateerde hotels houdt
Pros:

De Onsen was super. Daardoor had je toch wat meer het gevoel dat je op een high end resort zat. Personeel was super vriendelijk, probeerde je goed te helpen. Ontbijt was inbegrepen.

Cons:

Een hoop helaas. Ik denk dat dit resort 50 jaar geleden gebouwd is en sindsdien niet (amper) verbouwd is. Wellicht was het 50 jaar geleden echt luxe en een goed resort, maar wij hebben het gevoel gehad dat we wat in de te mooie foto's getrapt zijn. Dit is overduidelijk geen modern resort en z'n prijskaartje in onze optiek niet waard. Alles is gedateerd en de minimaal uitgevoerde verbouwingen zijn niet netjes afgewerkt. Het hotel lijkt te draaien op 2 medewerkers, waarvan we er 1 gezien hebben. Tot het ontbijt dachten we zelfs dat het door 1 iemand gerund werd. Het ontbijt was matig, niet wat je van een high end resort verwacht. We hebben na deze accomodatie 3 nachten in Kyoto verbleven voor de prijs van 1 nacht in dit resort. We hadden daarom veel meer verwacht. Deze boeking was van onze vakantie toch wel de minste.

Cons:

浴場が2つあるのですが､時間枠予約制なので効率が悪い
早い者勝ちで枠が埋まってしまうはおかしい。
男女入れ替え制にするべき。
《重要案件》青ののれんのお風呂場の温泉がめちゃくちゃぬるいので体が冷えた。ありえない。
ドライヤーが少ない風呂場に2個は置くべき。
朝食の2,800円は高すぎる。バイキングがショボい。
部屋のトイレにスリッパが置いてない。
スイートルームと謳っていたが宿泊費が高すぎる。
建物が古いので色々工夫して新しいものを置いている様だが､残念ながらリピートはない。

国内だけど、外国のホテルに宿泊した感
Pros:

清潔で、部屋やリネンも綺麗でよかった。

Cons:

清潔ではあったが、消臭芳香剤が置き過ぎていて匂いが強かった。朝食をつけたのだが、清潔感もあり種類もたくさんありよかった。しかし、賞味期限切れのマヨネーズやマスタードが普通に置かれていた。また、トイレットペーパーがそもそも付いてないトイレなどもあった。浴衣の帯がシワシワであるなど、スタッフが外国人なので日本の様な行き届いた配慮がないなと感じてしまった。
