Great value, excellent location & would use again if in HCM City
Pros:

Very helpful staff, well equipped apartment - really appreciated the washing machine! & good air con which we needed! Great location in district 1 surrounded by restaurants, cafes & mini marts...very close to the main sight seeing sites too. We were on a high floor and had great views of HCM City at night. Nice to be able to log into netflix on the TV when taking a break from the heat.

Cons:

not really to much that was bad - breakfast was ok not great - it is served in a restaurant next door so is not like a hotel breakfast - not a bad selection of food but not as comprehensive as a hotel breakfast - cooked choices were good though. The restaurants staff were very helpful. A little niggle... wifi dropped out twice but reception rebooted & it was fine both times

Comfortable stay close enough without being in the chaotic middle
Pros:

Great 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Apartment had a great view of the Hcmc skyline as well into the USA consultant. Washing machine/dryer was handy.10-15 minute walk to places like Notre Dame Cathedral, Independence Palace and War Remnants Museum. A little further like 20-25 minutes walk into the heart of District 1 for the likes of Ben Thanh Markets. Easy enough and cheap enough for grabs if the walk in the heat is too much. Decent gym and good size pool. Enjoyed the ala carte breakfast as well, which also included some items to grab from a buffet. Good option for families looking for space, good facilities and not too far out of the centre of district 1. Also Vp bank ATM couple of minutes walk around the corner.

FABULOUS, We will be staying here again.
Pros:

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The property was very clean. Breakfast was great. The location was perfect. The beds were comfortable. There was no noise from outside, which was wonderful for a great night's sleep

Cons:

The only thing was external painting was taking place so it obscured our view but it was not a problem.

Pros:

I like the room size, spacious, and the 65" tv , the breakfast, location is easy to get a car.

Cons:

I did not have the adaptor that would fit the wall socket. Good thing the front desk help us ,we arrive after 12midnight

Great central location with incredibly friendly staff
Pros:

Great central location for our few days in Saigon. Plenty of little shops, cafes and stores within walking distance, as well as a good starting spot by Grab for all of the must see spots in Saigon.
The facilities were great - pool, sauna, gym & kids playroom. Accomodation was clean, tidy and everything was in working order. The complimentary filtered water was a great addition.
Staff were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful during our stay.
We stayed at the beginning of our time in Vietnam, and again before returning home to Australia, when we arrived to check in the second time the staff welcomed us back like family!

Pros:

We thought the property was very nice. We liked the option of ordering breakfast made to order along with the buffet options as well. The restaurant is actually quite good for dinner if needed. The gym was one of the best in any hotel we ever stayed in. I would stay again.

Cons:

The store downstairs basically had notihing in it ... literally.

Excellent family apartment
Pros:

We had a spacious 3 bedroom apartment for our family of five. We really enjoyed having space to spread out after travelling for several weeks. The pool was excellent, with towels provided. There was plenty of fresh filtered water and a large kitchen. The hotel is easy walking distance to many key attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Great location, really friendly and helpful staff. Gym and pool facilities were lovely. Kids playroom was a big highlight for our 1 year old, plenty of things to do! The included bottled drinking water was also a big highlight which saves us having to buy and lug around bottles of water everyday.
