Hanoi hat mir gut gefallen wegen die vietnamesische Leute & Kultur
Pros:

Es war sehr angenehm , fast alle meine wünsche sind im Erfüllung gekommen
Sie haben mir eine vip Zimmer mit Balkon gegeben als willkommen
Der Hotel Manager Mr Dat war sehr professionell und hilfsbereit, war sehr aufmerksam und sprach gut english
Insgesamt ich bin zufrieden und sicher komme ich wieder

Excellent customer service, clean modern hotel, calm atmosphere. Highly recommend, will stay again
Pros:

Staff service and attitude, modern aesthetic, car service, tri-lingual staff, authentic Chinese menu at restaurant. Perfect for business trips

Cons:

No gym, only serve instant coffee without ordering from outside or going to a cafe
