Pulita e confortevole. Hotel senza staff si fa tutto da soli. La struttura è moderna e quasi nuova

Cons:

Il check in può essere problematico se qualcosa non funziona. Nel nostro caso il computer all’ingresso non funzionava e abbiamo dovuto chiamare l’assistenza che è intervenuta velocemente. Un cliente che non aveva il telefono funzionante era in difficoltà e lo abbiamo aiutato noi. Forse sarebbe utile un pulsante aiuto da attivare in questi casi.

Das experiências mais estranhas que já tive num hotel. A vista é a única coisa positiva

O quarto tinha uma vista maravilhosa para as montanhas e fiorde

Cons:

Hotel sem staff. Quando cheguei o quarto não estava pronto para 4 pessoas, as camas beliche estavam fechadas e bloqueadas, demorei horas a resolver a situação porque o contacto de apoio também não é claro e a pessoa que atendeu o telefone não falava claramente. O hotel fica afastado de tudo, dentro de um centro comercial que fecha cedo. Não tinha um único funcionário. Fica super isolado, numa zona indústrial, a uns 20 minutos a pé da vila. Também não tinha outros hospedes. Os materiais eram de pouca qualidade e o quarto estava sujo.
