Great location, would stay again
Pros:

The easy check in at the self serve, the proximity to T3and T4

Cons:

The beds were very close together, the pillows were too big. When you’re in the shower the whole room could see your silhouette through the glass panel

Modern, convenient and functional hotel in the heart of the airport.
Pros:

Seamless check in, good amenities, good location, good wifi, quick room service.

Cons:

Wish there was better communication about how the room service charge works. I got a random charge at 3am for my room service, but I had the card turned off.

I'd never go back there.
Pros:

The location. It is literally a walking distance to the airport, and also the breakfast was great

Cons:

Mattress was so soft, I sunk in it and left the hotel with a sore back next day. Aircon was hard to operate, and the staff were not helpful to rectify this issue. They sent me an old man who smells like cigarettes, and he didn't know how to fix it. Aircon was my worse experience there. I also got asked to pay extra $120 for a few hrs late check out. Plus paying more for a car park. It wasn't really convenient stay. Despite I paid for a late a check out, there was too many disruptions by the staff members to check the bar fridge. carpet wasn't too clean too and it was smelly. Staff at the reception don't speak proper English and a bit rude to be honest.
