Short and sweet
Pros:

Nice and new. Very clean and handy location

Cons:

I had no body wash and had to pry the hand soap out of its cradle to use as body wash

It would have been awesome to be able to get a burger and chips at the bar. The restaurant was nice but the setting was too formal and the food too fancy. Like it was nice but feel there could also be some more familiar options

Convenient stay before an early flight
Pros:

Comfortable beds, spacious room, and good water pressure in the shower. The pub/bar downstairs had a range of food options as the Italian restaurant only had a set menu which we weren't interested in.

Fantastic
Pros:

We had a spacious and light room with a view of the runway and the CBD in the distance - it was great. Staff were very friendly and the location was obviously very convenient. The price was surprisingly reasonable

For an airport hotel that on the daily has guests catching ~7am flights, they should offer a cold breakfast at 4 am (fruit, yogurt, cereal). You are neglecting a significant number of guests.
