Pesimo servicio
Cons:

Reserve atraves de booking y no me lo aceptaron me cobraron nuevamente , tuve que pagar por cansancio ya que lo que queria era descansar , despues fue un tema recuperar mi dinero ya que dijeron que boking no les habia pagado

Mi experiencia
Pros:

La atención del personal es muy buena, los precios del restaurante son justos y la comida tiene muy buen sabor, la habitación estaba muy limpia.

Tiene wifi con buena velocidad.

La televisión es Smart tv, y tiene conexión a Internet, se pueden vincular plataformas para entretenimiento.

Tiene una excelente ubicación en pleno zócalo de Chilpancingo.

Estacionamiento gratis.

Cons:

El estacionamiento esta casi a 4 cuadras del hotel y para guardar el vehículo despues de las 21:00 hrs, se tiene que hablar a recepción para que vayan a abrir.

Las paredes de las habitaciones son de panel yeso (tablaroca) por tanto, se escuchan ruidos externos, las persianas de la habitación no bloquean por completo la luz por la noche, la habitación queda muy clara.

Tiene poco personal y el que se ecuentra hacen de todo (recepcionista, intendente, van a abrir el estacionamiento, entre otros), por tanto si se ocupa algo de recepción hay que buscarlos.

But for name and location
Pros:

Big nice room with balcony and view of main square.

Cons:

Elevator begins on second floor so you have to haul everything up four flights of stairs. Not reachable by car since smack in the middle of the pedestrian zone. So likewise, try to get lucky in finding overpriced overnight parking and ... Same as before, haul your stuff via crowded sidewalks at night.
