非常完美，我一定會再來，也會推薦親友來。
Pros:

環境氛圍好，住宿設備相當豐富也講究，客房優異。
辦理入住時是由一位會講華語的人員服務，感到非常親切友善且輕鬆，是很意外的驚喜，很謝謝她（忘了記下芳名，很不好意思）。畢竟有心理準備會是日籍工作人員接待，需要用到破破的日語應對。^_^
提供好多花樣及尺寸的浴衣給住客選擇，我第一次穿到自己很喜歡的花色也很符合身材的浴衣，好漂亮（不看臉的話）。泡湯出來就有販賣機可以喝到涼涼的牛奶飲品，好喜歡。
飯店內的餐飲營業到很晚，對住客非常方便。

Nice hotel with great onsen.
Pros:

Excellent onsen with lovely views, but also sauna and several pools. Large comfortable room. Breakfast buffet typical of Japanese hotels.

Worst hotel experience in Japan.
Pros:

Nothing at all.

Cons:

Almost everything. Most symptomatic was the way they blocked the exit on the way out. So you have to walk by the reception. They have our credit card number, we’re not going to make a run for it. It was so bad we checked out one day early and changed hotels.

Lovely stay!
Pros:

It was the best stat in Hokkaido! Love the little cottage and it was so comfortable, warm and beautiful. We visited the zoo and enjoyed the onsen. Outdoor onsen was a big surprise, we can still see the beautiful snow mountains. We had a great time and will definitely come back for a visit.

早餐是BUFFET ,晚餐是個人一個set,不吃牛或海鮮的,訂房是要先備註
有接駁車 車站旅館來返,沒有自駕,也能到達飯店及車站,路程有些遠,至少30分鐘以上,接駁車時間是固定的,也要在訂房時候,
跟旅館預定
附近完全沒有任何商家及餐廳,但是旅館裡有漫畫,桌游(都是日文喔),小朋友遊戲區,泡湯完還有免費冰棒及小份拉麵(自己泡),還有一小家的伴手禮店可以逛逛,不會無聊
預訂房間有個人湯,超讚, 大浴場更讚 直接在戶外,沒遇到下雪,好可惜啊!!
