All modern and great. The woman who was looking after the cottage was very nice and prepared flowers/cake upon request.

People.. Please visit this cottage for those travelling to Stepantsminda. What a cottage.. what a vibe.. what a clean place.. Me and my wife visited this place in the evening. The cottage was super duper clean. Hosted by Mrs. Kosava... Over all it was an excellent stay at -18 degree weather.

The property was extremely cozy. Everything inside was well designed.

We stayed at this wonderful cabin for two nights at the end of December 2024, and it was a great experience. This newly built cabin is located right next to the host family’s home. Although the hostess doesn’t speak English, her warmth and hospitality shine through as she thoughtfully communicates using Google Translate.

The cabin itself is cozy, well-designed, and clean. It features all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a couch, a TV, and, most notably, a bathtub—a rare and delightful addition that sets this cabin apart from others in the region. The bathroom is equipped with reliable hot water, even in freezing weather.

Privacy is maintained with a wooden fence separating the cabin from the main house, and guests have access to gated parking right in the front yard, ensuring your vehicle is safe and secure.

What truly made our stay memorable was the host’s incredible hospitality. On New Year’s Eve, she surprised us with a homemade meal and sweets, a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly special and welcomed.

This cabin is a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and heartfelt hospitality. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a peaceful and cozy getaway.

This property is brand new and very well constructed. We were the fifth guests. It has beautiful views of Kazbegi from the living room, bed and terrace. The bath is very large and can fit two.

The modern kitchen is very well equipped and we found everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable, and the shower is firm.

The host is kind and helpful.
