Самый ужасный отель и самый грубый хозяин, НЕ соответствует описанию на сайте

Аэропорт рядом и это единственный плюс

Cons:

На сайте указан бесплатный трансфер в одну из сторон, но после оплаты хозяин в частной переписке по WhatsApp сообщил, что только ИЗ аэропорта бесплатно, хотя в пожеланиях я указала, что мне надо В аэропорт и это подтвердили. Под полом всю ночь носились крысы, комната похожа на сарай и нет ни чайника, 5и ложек, вообще ничегошеньки из заявленного. Бронировали комнату с завтраком, но рейс был до этого времени, еле выпросили у хозяина кусок хлеба с маслом, яйцо и какие-то сомнительные баклажаны. Хозяин всё время был очень груб с моей мамой, пока не узнал её возраст, а после в переписке хамил мне. Никогда не отвечает на booking.com, только в частной переписке. Впечатления просто ужасные!!!

Мне всё очень понравилось - такое гостеприимство редко где встретишь! Трансфер в обе стороны, дважды накормили и бонусом свозили в мемориальный комплекс Мусалер. Очень приятные впечатления, особенно хочется отметить радушие хозяина отеля. Желаю вам процветания!

Pros:

Удобно для короткой остановки, 10 минут до аэропорта. Очень приятные, вежливые хозяева, довезли туда-обратно, помогли поднять чемодан (второй этаж, лестница снаружи, отдельный вход в комнату). В номере было все необходимое. Номер большой, кровать удобная, есть еще и диван. Ванная с простым душем, чайник. Принесли большую бутылку хорошей воды. Прилетела ночью - сразу сделали приветственный чай. С утра сделали завтрак - простой, но вкусный - ровно к тому времени, когда я попросила. Никаких доплат и фиксированного времени заезда, пребывание по часам. Я очень довольна, спасибо хозяевам.

Cons:

Дом скорее летний, теплоизоляция не очень. В +3 комната прогрелась сильно не сразу, несмотря на кондиционер и обогреватель.

Close to Zvartnots airport — 5 minutes by taxi.
Welcoming host.

Cons:

I expect only 3 things from place to stay: it should be quiet, dark and warm.
Unfortunately it wasn't neither quiet, nor dark.
Sounds of water pump (or whatever it was) in the middle of the night — they could wake up the dead.
No blackout curtains.
Modest breakfast: eggs, sausages, bread, cheese and tea.
Some improvements are needed for cosiness and better guests experience: to hang a curtain for the shower, fix toilet lid, make separate switching of the lights.
