Netjes zeker voor de prijs.....
Pros:

Allen app contact maar dat was dmv filmpjes erg duidelijk.. zeker vriendelijk.. Let op wij zaten op 4e verdieping dat zijn 9 trappen... geen lift..

Cons:

De trappen met koffers en kinderwagen......dat was ff zwaar...

Está bien el sitio pero..
Pros:

Está muy céntrico y esta limpio. La cama es cómoda.

Cons:

La ducha y la zona del aseo está mezclada, es algo común en Albania ya que muchos hoteles lo tienen así, pero cada ducha es igual a mojar todo el aseo.no hay separación entre la ducha y el resto que impida mojarlo todo.

Struttura vicinissimo al centro,nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi,bar ed anche il Despar.Lo staff molto gentile, cortese e la signora delle pulizie adorabile e paziente

Cons:

Unico neo della struttura è stato il bagno,non c era la doccia con la copertura,e quando usavo la doccia si allagava tutto il bagno, infatti mi sono fatta lasciare dalla signora delle pulizie il mop... anche il lavandino perdeva un po' d acqua

Solo para una noche.
Pros:

La ubicación está bien. Cerca del centro. La amabilidad del propietario con abundante información e indicaciones para llegar al apartamento sin problema. Muy atento.

Cons:

El baño, muy básico y se inunda, fuera de la habitación y la ducha no está terminada, se sale todo el agua. No hay ascensor y hay q subir 5 plantas con el equipaje.

Parfaitement bien centré. Propriétaire qui a donné de très bonnes instructions d arrivée et à été réactif!

Les escaliers!
Un peu sommaire en confort et en équipements, mais pour une nuit ou deux fait parfaitement l affaire

Komumu harika, odaların kapısı çok zor acilip kilitleniyor. Ortalama bir hizmet aldım, baska olumsuzluk yasamadim. Ama tekrar tercih eder miyim bilmiyorum.

Pros:

Location is absolutely perfect. Cafes all around, Center is a 2 min walk, grocery store is a 1 min walk.
Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing however, there are pigeons that may bother you if youre sensitive to noise, i was fine with it but others might not be.

Nicely located close to the city center.

Cons:

We had seriuos issues as there was no running water when we woke up in the morning. The host has only got back to me two hours after I tried to contact him and he only asked for the money cash that obviously we did not leave. Terrible experience, never had something like this happened, not recommended at all.

La proximité à côté de tout. Le parking situé en face. Coin calme.

Cons:

Parking payant. Chambre privé mais toilette et douche partagé dans le couloir. Tout les étages à monté avec les bagages.

Posizione centrale, parcheggi pubblici a due passi.
Pros:

Centralissima, pulita. Proprietario molto gentile. Mi ha indicato prima dell’arrivo dove fare colazione, mangiare e cosa vedere nelle vicinanze

Purtroppo non ha il bagno in camera, bensì un bagno privato all’esterno della camera.

La ubicación excepcional. Esta todo super cerca. Las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. El propietario genial, amable y atento a las necesidades.

Cons:

No tiene ascensor y por tanto se ha de subir escaleras pero no tiene importancia porque con lo q se ofrece se olvida. Calidad, cercanía a todo y a muy buen precio
