Pros:

Front office staffs were good, food was tasty. Buffet breakfast was no at all good.

Cons:

Initially we didn't get the room that was selected and approved. However, NXT day we were given good rooms.

The basic amenities were not available.

The property was near famous ghats and mandir.

Multiple things:-
1- Cleanliness of the mattress and blankets.
2- AC was not working.
3- Toiletries weren't given.
4- Window blinds were damaged.
5- When we first entered the room there was very unpleasant smell.

Mr. Krishna Singh and his staff-members were very helpful. Food was delicious and quick service. Vehicle parking is an added advantage for this hotel. Family room was spacious and had 2 bathrooms

Cons:

The staff promises something, another says it is not possible. No hot water in the bathroom. When we complained they said you should have telephoned in the morning requesting hot water. The assurances given at checkin were denied by other staff members at the reception

The photos on the website make it seem like a great brand-new hotel, but overall, the hotel looks old. The location is also a problem, as it is situated in a small lane where parking for big cars or minibuses seems difficult. The hotel is not on the main road. The staff did not seem friendly, and there were very limited dining options. Although the food portions were large, the choices were limited. Overall, it's an average hotel for a one-night stay.

Poor experience and unprofessional staff
Cons:

I booked 4 rooms (including a family room) 3 months ago. Unfortunately, they didn’t provide me a family room at the time of check-in. They said that it’s already sold out.

Last thing, I booked superior double rooms and it also didn’t match the original booking room. The rooms are standard double room instead of superior double rooms.

That's worst complementary breakfast we ever had, lunch pizza was totally burnt, all paneer currries are in same taste nothing much authentic in food, if anyone are will to go have ur food outside that's far better
