The security guard was friendly.. location..

Cons:

The glass sliding door for the bathroom is quite poorly built.. but overall good.. water pressure is good.. even when i'm staying at the 9th floor

干净隔音效果很好。地点优越附近景点都很靠近。

Excellent location and outstanding accommodation with friendly staff
Pros:

Very nice with modern design, lovely vibes and in the middle of Bukit Bintang

Bien que nous étions au 8ème etage vue sur rue, nous entendions la musique à partir de 21h jusqu 'au delà de 2h du matin.
Attention au croisement sous la ligne de métro aérien où nous avons été victime de pickpocket

I WAS ASKED TO PAY RM20 FOR ONE NIGHT PARKING WHICH WAS NOT MENTIONED ONLINE. I REFUSED TO PAY CITING IT WAS NOT PUBLISHED OMLINE, BUT THE STAFF TOLD ME ITS COMPULSORY AND SHE AGREED WITH ME IT WAS NOT PUBLISHED ONLINE AND THE STAFF WAS TOLD TO ASK FROM GUEST WHEN THEY CHECKED IN

Comfortable stay.
Pros:

I love the room layout and the general vibe and aesthetic of the hotel.

Cons:

The location is nearby the busy Jalan Alor street. Busy and I see some questionable people at the streets nearby so as a solo female traveler, I kinda feel worried for my safety at times (outside of the hotel area).
