Great
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the tourist district, making it easy to explore Kuala Lumpur's main attractions.

The room was clean, modern, and well-designed. All amenities were provided, and we appreciated the attention to detail, including plenty of power outlets and high-tech room features. The view from our room was amazing, with both the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower visible from the window.

The reception staff were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. The hotel also has a rooftop restaurant with fantastic views. We didn't book breakfast, so we can't comment on the food, but everything else exceeded our expectations.

The gym was well-equipped, and the internet connection was reliable. One small downside is that there is no swimming pool. We were also a little confused upon arrival because the reception is located on the second floor, but after check-in everything went smoothly.

We especially loved the toiletries provided. The shampoo had a fresh gingery lemongrass scent, while the soap smelled like green tea leaves. Both fragrances were wonderfully fresh and relaxing, adding a nice touch to our stay.

Overall, this is an excellent hotel with a great location, comfortable rooms, and beautiful city views. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

Will definately come again
Pros:

Very strategy location, i need all i want just a walking distance can get. Breakfast is few choices but delicious food

Cons:

The room door lock with number to access, not a good choices for older ppls.

Breakfast need to improve. At least one wall mirror should be fixed inside the Shower area
