Basic hotel with great location
Pros:

Great location, good value for money

Cons:

Check-in took a long time even though we had prepaid the room. We sat a long time waiting in the lobby, wondering what’s happening and had to fill in my contact information twice (don’t they get it through booking.com?)
The fridge was warm. The bathroom sliding door (glass, no privacy) didn’t slide properly.
The breakfast was disappointing. I was expecting fresh fruits (only orange & watermelon) and juice - the juice was awfully sweet concentrate.
Nobody told about the services available - saw the roof terrace bar accidently the last morning.

Keset Bukit Bintangi väga meeldiv, isegi luksulik hotellikogemus.
Toad on maitseka disainiga, hotelli fuajees on mitu restorani, lisaks on hotelli oma restoran katusekorrusel.

Cons:

Kena disain on loodud odavate materjalidega, mis juba lagunevad või on katki. Näiteks ei olnud täielikult võimalik sulgeda toas tualeti liugust.

Happening Shopping & Food Stay in KL.
Pros:

Security Personnel: I accidentally left my wallet in the hotel waiting area. Fortunately, the security personnel found it and kept it safe for me throughout the day.

Business Lounge: I arrived before the check-in time, and the comfortable business lounge allowed me to work productively while waiting at the hotel.

Room: The bed was very comfortable and ensured a good night’s sleep.

Location: great locations and in the middle of Bukit Bintang shopping & food district I.e Alor Street, Isetan Japan, Damascus & Pavilion.

Cons:

Breakfast : the menu & selection could be improved by adding more variety, including more protein I.e seafood, chicken or beef in the menu.

Early check in: the hotel imposed additional charges of RM100 for 3 hours earlier check in.
