As per above a great experience all round on all fronts.
Pros:

I stayed there previously in about 2021 or so and liked it very much. It has had a full interior revamp and is like new. The bed was so comfortable my wife took a note of the make and model of the mattress. The owners were so welcoming and interesting to chat. Breakfast was perfect. Location could not be better right in the centre of the town. The accommodation is so much more impressive than one might expect for upstairs over a restaurant and bar. Couldn't fault it in anyway and would definitely be our choice again and it represents good value for money which is so hard to find these days. Looking forward to next visit.

Weather was not the best but the Coachman's stay made it for us

Pros:

Unieke locatie in een van de hoofdstraten van Kenmare, dichtbij schitterende natuur! Heerlijke kamers, heerlijke bedden en echt een perfecte douche. Aardig personeel en eten (ontbijt en avondeten) is over het algemeen prima.
Bediening is wel erg efficient, lang tafelen lukt niet echt. Bar is ook goed, geen echt pub gevoel maar wel gezellig druk en dichtbij je eigen kamer natuurlijk. Al met al waar voor je geld en een aanrader.

Cons:

Bediening is strak en efficient, past wat minder bij Ierland en Ierse cultuur voor mijn gevoel.
Iets meer ruimte en rust inbouwen, dan wordt de beleving wat warmer en gezelliger.
Maar het zijn details, overall een prima ervaring.

Everything about the place was first class from the time we arrived to the time we left,the staff where friendly and helpful the food was really good and not overpriced,good music in the bar and friendly locals out for a bit of craic made it a truly great weekend ,we will be back for sure, Donal & Norrie
