Pros:

Super helpful and courteous staff. I was running late and they helped me out! Great room, parking was easy to find close and excellent location.

Relaxing and fun
Pros:

Staff was welcoming, helpful and professional. Facilities were lovely. Room and bath spacious and clean. Comfy bed. Great location on Main Street of Kenmare. Quiet. Good breakfast.

Brilliant room in the centre of town
Pros:

Wonderful stay with incredibly kind hosts and a huge bedroom. The location is perfect in the middle of Kenmare and there is parking close by.

Clean, Modern, comfortable rooms, well located, professional and friendly staff.
Pros:

Very Clean and modern rooms with "comfort hight toilets" Great nescafe Coffee station with fresh water everyday. Location was very central and convenient. Live music in the restaurant/pub most nights.

Cons:

We found the breakfast quality and dinner to be less than other places we eat at in Ireland. Staff was excellent, but maybe the cook is not up to the standards of the other places we stayed and ate in Ireland over the past two week on the west coast of Ireland.

Great location and great customer service
Pros:

The staff here were excellent, both in customer service for the hotel, restaurant/pub, and general guidance (for example to find a pharmacy). We were impressed with their helpfulness. The room was very comfortable and much larger than we expected, so that was great. The dining for breakfast and dinner were excellent, and there was also music in the evening in the restaurant. Parking is available both in the street and in a lot in the rear.

Great hotel on the main street of Kenmare.
Pros:

good made to order breakfast, very comfortable king bed, very large room, the pub downstairs plays Trad Irish music during the dinner hours so it was quite at night. The proprietor duo of a brother and sister have invested lot to make the property top notch, they was very friendly and engaging too.

Would highly recommend
Pros:

The welcome from Padraig was lovely
Our room was huge with the most comfortable bed and great power shower
Location was excellent and we couldn’t believe our quiet our room was despite being in the centre of town
