Szczerze jedyny plus to duży parking

Dostaliśmy pokój, który totalnie odbiegał od tego na zdjęciu przy rezerwacji brudny i brzydki pokój. Udaliśmy się do recepcji o wymianę pokoju to Pani stwierdziła, że mamy dopłacić mimo że już mieliśmy opłacony wyższy standard, Pani stwierdziła że na booking są zdjęcia poglądowe a ostatecznie nie wiadomo jaki pokój się otrzyma , kwestia gustu klienta. Po dyskusji dała nam niby jeszcze wyższy standard pokoju a w nim nie do końca czysta pościel, dywany brudne, plama na plamie, po ścianie chodził robak , pokój niższy standard niż na zdjęciach hotelu. Około 1.30 do pokoju gdzieś blisko nam wrócili z imprezy panie i panowie, totalna patologia, pijaństwo, krzyki, śpiewy, rzucanie jakby krzesłami aż sufit miało się wrażenie że zawali. Totalnie nie szło spać. Napisać maila do recepcji aby uspokoili tych ludzi. I fakt w 5 minut zrobili z nimi porządek. Jeżeli chodzi o śniadanie to 2 raz zatrułam się w hotelu jedzeniem, naleśniki , rogale , jajka praktycznie zimne. Mały wybór i dużo nieświeżych produktów. Ogólnie bardzo źle wspominam tą jedną noc i niestety nikomu nie polecam, a na pewno nie są to 4 gwiazdki.
