ottimo anche se ci hanno deviato sull'altra struttura che non aveva però la piscina

l'appartamento pulito e ompleto di tutto.

Cons:

la mancanza di tende oscuranti in soggiorno (presenti solo per metà vetrata per cui si dorme male perche non 'è oscurita).

Pros:

Mieszkanie klimatyzowane usytuowane w środku Prementury, zatem na każdą plażę na tyle blisko, że spacerkiem można było dojść. Ręczniki często czekały na nas na klamce świeżo wyprane :)

Cons:

Łóżko w salonie niewygodne, słabo rozkładane i dla dwójki dzieci 10 lat i 13 lat, które musiały spać razem za małe.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und haben uns wohlgefühlt, auch wenn es bei einigen Punkten noch Verbes
Pros:

Wir hatten die Wohnung 8C im obersten Stock und waren mit unserer Wahl sehr zufrieden. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war unserer Meinung nach der schönste der gesamten Anlage und ein echtes Highlight.

Die Wohnung liegt relativ zentral, sodass Restaurants, Geschäfte und der Ortskern gut erreichbar sind. Die Größe war für uns vollkommen ausreichend und die Klimaanlage hat auch an warmen Tagen zuverlässig für angenehme Temperaturen gesorgt.

Bei unserer Ankunft war alles sehr sauber. Die Betten waren frisch bezogen, frische Handtücher lagen bereit und die gesamte Wohnung machte einen gepflegten Eindruck. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die zwei Badezimmer, die jeweils mit Dusche und WC ausgestattet sind – das sorgt gerade bei mehreren Personen für zusätzlichen Komfort.

Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Wohnung 8C jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Cons:

Es gibt einige Punkte, die verbessert werden sollten. Auf dem Balkon fehlt ein Sonnenschirm, sodass man ihn bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung nur eingeschränkt nutzen kann. Die Rollos an den Fenstern klemmen und sollten ebenso wie die Balkontür, die sich nicht richtig verschließen lässt, dringend repariert werden.

Eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine wären für längere Aufenthalte eine sinnvolle Ergänzung. Auch die Kaffeemaschine könnte erneuert werden. Zudem hingen einige Gardinen nur noch teilweise an der Schiene, und mehrere Steckdosen sollten überprüft und instand gesetzt werden.

Obwohl die Unterkunft relativ zentral liegt, benötigt man in der Regel ein Auto, um zum Meer zu gelangen. Die Parkplätze direkt vor der Unterkunft sind begrenzt. Es gibt zwar zwei Tiefgaragen, deren Ein- und Ausfahrt jedoch etwas eng und gewöhnungsbedürftig ist.

Bei der allgemeinen Sauberkeit besteht noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Außerdem gibt es am Pool keine Toilette, was wir als unpraktisch empfunden haben. Die Kommunikation vor Ort ist ausschließlich auf Englisch oder Kroatisch möglich, was für deutschsprachige Gäste etwas schwierig sein kann.

Boravak je bio prijatan i za svaku preporuku ako volite mir i tišinu.
Pros:

Dobra je lokacija u centru Premature. Prostran je i čist apartman sa svim neophodnim uređajima i ima dva kupatila što je bitno za petočlanu porodicu. Ima lep bazen koji radi od ujutru do uveče.

Cons:

U jednom kupatilu se jako oseti odvod i deca su ga izbegavala, iako je bilo čisto i sređeno. Prijava je u jednom objektu a smeštaj na drugoj lokaciji. Nema jasnih objašnjenja gde se prijavljujete i gde treba da idete. Recepcija radi do 21 i ako zakasnite imaćete problem da se snađete. Nisu mi dali dobru adresu za smeštaj pa sam se vozao dugo dok se nisam vratio da mi na recepciji ponovo daju ispravnu adresu kroz google mape.
