Basen, mieszkanie czyste, wymiana ręczników na czyste

Miejsce parkingowe nie przypisane do numeru pokoju i kiedy wyjeźdźasz na plażę po powrocie jest brak miejsca, podziemny parking nie spełnia swojej funkcji na 5 miejsc tylko na 3 można swobodnie wjechać, cześć gości parkowała na ulicy ,

Reception ubicata in altro loco, non specificato e quindi un problema per rintracciarla. Biancheria cambiata dopo solleciti, lenzuolo superiore sostituito con un piumino! Con 35° mi è sembrato una presa in giro; il cambio biancheria ha continuato a proporre sacchi copripiumino! Non credevo di essere in Antartide,

Für den Preis in der Vorsaison noch ok. Sauberkeit sehr gut, Negatives wie beschrieben.
Cons:

Waren im Erdgeschoss - die Terrasse ca. 5 mtr. von den hauseigenen Mülltonnen entfernt. Einige Leute haben noch nach 23 h ihren Müll dort entsorgt.
Um 8h morgens sucht Flaschensammler nach Flaschen - am nächsten Tag ein anderer um 09:30 h. Beide mit Auto vollgepackt mit Flaschensäcken und laufendem Motor. Das Herauspicken der Flaschen war laut. Das Problem ist bekannt. Die Mülltonnen sind nicht abgesperrt. Für Langschläfer nicht geeignet. Erst dann nicht, wenn man mit offenem Fenster schläft und die Klimaanlage nicht die volle Leistung bringt, sondern nur ein kühles Lüftchen. Zudem haben auch Fremde Ihren Müll dort entsorgt. Wenn es einen nicht stört, dass man morgens am Frühstückstisch sitzt und in Sichtweite jemand im Müll sucht, dann gerne.
Über uns haben in der Zwischenzeit 3 x die Wohnparteien gewechselt innerhalb 6 Tagen. Abends ab 22/23 h wurden über uns von allen Parteien ständig Möbel rumgeschoben, was sehr laut war. Man sollte deshalb irgendetwas unternehmen um die Geräusche zu unterdrücken. Die Garagen waren nie abgesperrt und nur schwer für die Autos zugänglich. Unten rechts waren die Garagen mit der einfachsten Erreichbarkeit. Die anderen Garagen nur mit sehr wendigen und nicht tiefgelegten Fahrzeugen möglich, und nur mit guten Manövrierfähigkeiten.

Piękny, ogromny apartament, bardzo czysty, kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty, mnóstwo naczyń, dobrze działająca lodówka. Wygodne łóżka, śliczne widoki z dwóch balkonów. Bardzo czysty i przestrzenny basen. Wspaniała, bardzo miła i pomocna Pani Gabrijela w recepcji. Pobyt bardzo udany.

Cons:

Trudne parkowanie na nieco zbyt wąskim parkingu i niezbyt wygodny komplet wypoczynkowy. Ale w porównaniu z całą resztą udogodnień to nic takiego. Apartament wart polecenia.

Posto meraviglioso e l'appartamento ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative
Pros:

La posizione è meravigliosa, l'appartamento è vicino al centro e all'accesso al parco. L'appartamento aveva tutto quello che serve per cucinare e un bel terrazzo. Inoltre l'aria condizionata ha allietato la vacanza. Lo staff è presente in reception disponibile durante tutto il giorno sia fisicamente che per mail.

Cons:

Siamo immersi nella natura e quindi gli insetti sono normali ma mancano delle zanzariere e ci sono parecchie zanzare.

Il posto perfetto dove dormire per avere il parco Kamenjak comodo
Pros:

Ottima posizione struttura molto pulita appartamento molto ben organizzato e di recente fattura, parcheggio ottimo e accoglienza molto buona, vicino a Multiservizi il parco di premantura è molto vicino, tutto perfetto 💙👍🌊⛵☀️

Cons:

Il parcheggio interno non è sempre disponibile ma si riesce a parcheggiare agevolmente lato strada
