Brilliant - would definitely stay there again!
Pros:

The apartment was spacious with good Air Conditioning and a hot water shower. Plus a fridge with a freezer section.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and there are 24/7 armed security guards at the entrance. I felt very safe going to sleep each night.

There's plenty of street food stalls and a sit down cafe (Carenderia) outside. A good breakfast for ₱100 or less than that.

This is not what i expected from the value of the money
Pros:

The location is good

Cons:

The room was not cleaned properly, the WiFi is weak. Bad odor in the toilet.
