Personeel, hotel en ontbijt.

Cons:

Douchekop was smerig de kamer erg stoffig.
Niet goed gestofzuigd.

Weinig plek/haakjes om je kleding en handdoek op te hangen in de badkamer.

Excellent location, modern room, and amazing helpful staff.
Pros:

Excellent location, easy to reach from the train station and easy to reach any main location in Bandung. A great place to stay. The breakfast is good with a lot of variety, but there are also other options around the hotel for great breakfast that is easy to reach. The staff are very friendly, Taufik in the front desk was excellent and helpful. Comfortable and safe for a solo traveler. The overall hotel vibes is clean and new. The room is spacious and modern.

Cons:

The in room dining could be organized better on the collection of the plates. There was no collection of the dinning and I had to do it my self and it was heavy and drop the dishes and I had to pay for the broken plates, this inconvenience could be avoided with a better organized in dinning collection dishes. Other that that everything else are excellent.

Cleanliness, breakfast and staff were great 👍. The Hotel location is also great, nearby some recommended culinary hang outs, and the best part is near to train station.

Cons:

No swimming pool.
Area parkir kecil dan lobby area kecil kalau ada mobil berhenti lama di lobby membuat kemacetan sampai ke jalan.

A very comfortable stay. Felt like home
Pros:

A very comfortable hotel to stay! Doesnt really feel like a 3 stars, but felt like. 4 stars instead. You are being welcome of nice scent in the lobby and the room smells nice too when you first enter. The room is spacious, plenty of space to put belongings. The hotel is at strategic location, near to Station Bandung, Indomaret and Sendja.

Comfortable bed, cool aircond, the floor is not sticky. The worker all friendly, attentive and very helpful. Both the bellboy who were on shift during my stay 5-7 December were very helpful and friendly. Asked for their help to cross the road from the hotel and back to hotel from Indomaret. so does the Front desk team, very friendly and talkative.

Cons:

the sewer of the shower gave out some weird smell.
