Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Key collection takes place at the reception between 9:00 and 18:00. Guests are requested to contact the property prior to arrival if they are arriving in different times. Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish holidays, check-out is possible until 12:00 and check-in is 2 hours after the end of Saturdays and Jewish Holidays.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. צ׳ק אין זריז ושירות מדהים.
זמינים תמיד בוואטסאפ לפניי, בזמן השהייה וגם אחריי לכל שאלה ותמיד גם התעניינו שהכל בסדר ועם לא חסר כלום.
החדרים נעימים , מעוצבים יפה , למשפחה בת 4 נפשות מעט קטן (החדר הסטנדרטי) אבל בגדול מקום מהמם עם שירות מצויין.
חניה זמינה במקום שזה היתרון.

Cons:

לא היה מספיק נייר טואלט, ברז הכיור בשירותים היה קצר מהכיור - לא נוח לשימוש. מזגן גדול ומרעיש. המסעדה שבה מקום האירוח מפנה לארוחת בוקר לא מקנה אופציות לבחירה, ארוחת בוקר קלילה וקטנה שלא בהכרח משביעה.
