Bad excluding reception staff. Booking should inspect the place before putting it out

Cons:

Not value for money. Room hot. Too many elect trip. Breakfast bad poor low quality and no refill. Not value for money. I am shocked BOOKING can promote. Disappointed for paying so much.

We won’t be going back.
Pros:

Location handy for the jetty for boats trips.

Cons:

No safe in the room though stated as provided on Booking.com. Reception staff lacking in local information. Prioritising Chinese guests. No restaurant or bar facilities just breakfast buffet. Choice very limited.
Strange room layout. Spacious but scantly furnished. No bedside lights and tables. Only Chinese TV stations available.

Pros:

The environment is clean.

Cons:

No laundry service. The breakfast is too simple. And the light in my room is too dark, and the window cannot be opened.
