Pros:

Location and size of room good

Cons:

Staff very limited English so difficult to get information or help during stay. Also they want to charge for amenities most hotels include free...eg drinking water, Nespresso capsules for the Nespresso machine in the room.

Pros:

軽井沢駅から車で数分の距離です。
建物の目の前に駐車場があり、荷物が多くても便利です。2階は階段での移動になるので、1階で良かったと思います。
4人滞在で、2人がベッド、1人がソファーベッド、1人が和室と、それぞれのプライベート空間も保たれました。
トイレが２つついていたのも良かったです。

Cons:

清掃はしっかりされていますが、全体的に使用感がありました。

名副其實度假旅館 適合慢步調旅行
Pros:

走出後陽台有一整片的森林小徑,散步其中讓人非常放鬆,如果有下雪一定很漂亮。
房間有地熱、廚房、餐具、廚具、洗碗機、洗衣機、烘衣機、超大浴缸........應有盡有。

Highly recommended for families . We have a wonderful and relaxing stay here and would love to be back .
Pros:

The 2 bedroom apartment feels like home . The kitchen has everything you needed including a hot pot electric cooker and even a rice cooker . You can basically make a home cook meal w/o worrying for appliances .
The layout of the house is spacious and well planned.
Kudos to the reception staff who is very helpful to us when our car has a flat battery and help to call the car company and speak Japanese to them to assist us .
The car insurance company was informed and send us a mechanic to get our engine started .
