Pros:

Die Gastgeber waren außerordentlich gut und hilfsbereit das Frühstück war ausreichend und alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt.

Établissement super propre. Nous avons reçu un mail trois heure plutôt que l heure notée sur notre réservation pour nous dire que notre chambre était prête et qu on pouvait déjà en prendre possession. Accueil parfait

Vriendelijke dame die ons hielp, kregen een kamer met uitzicht op een ander huis, gevraagd of ze nog een kamer aan de voorkant hadden. Zij kijken en ja hoor we mochten ook aan de voorkant slapen alleen badkamer was iets kleiner. Ontbijt buffet was goed alles werd steeds aangevuld, slaapkamer en badkamer heel schoon, bedden lagen goed en ook keurig netjes. Fruit op de hal bij de slaapkamers en daar stond ook een koffieapparaatje voor gratis koffie. Vanuit het hotel liep je zo de gezellige straatjes van Monschau is, auto kun je parkeren in een parkeergarage ongeveer 5 minuten lopen.

Beste Lage und liebevolle Gastgeberin!
Pros:

Mega liebe Gastgeber! Dazu ist die Lage einfach top. Gleichzeitig hat mich der große, aber leise Kühlschrank im Zimmer überrascht. Das war natürlich sehr praktisch. Das Bett war neu und sehr sehr bequem. Als Alleinreisende habe ich mich hier sehr sehr gut und sicher aufgehoben gefühlt. Danke für die schönen Gespräche beim Frühstück!

Cons:

Sehr hellhörig, ist aber bei so einem wunderschöne alten Gebäude zu erwarten.

Petit déjeuner correct, et l'hôtel en centre ville, pas loin du centre de tourisme pour des infos.

Cons:

Accueil minimaliste : Voici votre clé, c'est la 18 au 2ème étage... (le sourire était une option que nous n'avions manifestement pas coché, il est par contre apparu le jour du départ). Si vous avez envie d'une douche capricieuse vous serez servi, elle est glacée toutes les 30 secondes mais vous gaspillez moins d'eau : vous sortez très vite de celle-ci.
Chambre petite mais propre, nettoyage minimaliste même si vous mettez le panneau nettoyage demandé.

Es hat uns sehr gut in Monschau gefallen

Das Hotel befindet sich im Stadtzentrum und alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar

Cons:

Die Autos, es sind wenige, dürften nicht durch diese kleine Gassen fahren. Vor der Stadt müsste ein Parkplatz sein mit einem Shuttle für das Gepäck. Das wäre eine Idee.,
