Comfortable beds, locations and room facilities
Large central city apartment. 2 toilets, full kitchen and laundry. Comfortable. Excellent value for money.
Heating could have been turned on before we arrived on a cold wet windy Wellington night.
Awesome customer service beautiful room. I was upgraded so was extra awesome. Location is also great right in town.

Location was fabulous. Room was adequate. It was like you were time warped back to the 1980’s but it fitted us all in an it was clean. The bed was great, no issues. the laundry worked well, there was a fridge etc.
The room felt very outdated. There was no shelving in the bathroom near the sink or in the shower so hard to balance all the wash bags. The shower screen was half a screen os the bathroom ended up getting very wet every time someone had a shower. There is one aircon in the lounge room which work well but the rooms get stuffy.
the location was fantastic - inner city and walking distance to most things.
the room was ok and basic and bed was reasonably comfortable.
There was a STRONG smell of something like burnt hair in and around the room (also in the hallway) when we checked in and arrived - it took at least 24 hours to go away and then there was still a smell in the hallway.
The noise from the room next door was significant - people coming an going.
The parking fee was substantial and was a significant unexpected cost for three nights - the parking is also not connected to the actual accomodation - so be prepared to walk to and from with luggage.
Super large rooms well equipped, clean and comfortable. We were in a 2 bed executive apartment. Huge living and dining area full sized fridge, well equipped kitchen. Great value.
Our room had very little natural light which was not ideal
My stay at the Adina Hotel was beautiful. It has become my partner’s and my go-to place whenever we visit, and we’ve stayed there several times now. On our last two stays, we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary upgrades, which made the experience even more special.
The location is perfect, close to everything you need, while still being quiet and relaxing. The parking is easy to access and much more affordable compared to many other places nearby. The staff have always been welcoming, and we look forward to staying again in the future.

There is a lot of noise from the street.. the windows need double glazing to block the noise out.
Location was convenient. The appartment itself was quite large, comfortable and clean. Great laundry facilities and there is a towel drier.
There is a lack of soundproofing and they definitely do not have double glazed windows. I did request for a higher floor and my bedroom was quite noisy on the first floor at night. Also there is no shower cap in the rooms.
the stay was awesome the washing machine and dryer were a bonus the location was perfect and convenient bed was comfy proper fridge/freezer but loved the stay and would highly recommend and stay again
The toilet was in a silly place hard to get in an out safety if wet the cooking ventilation was very poor only 2x windows to air room out an worried might have a fine to pay, but still enjoyed the stay apart from these things
