The location of this property is excellent. It is right in the middle of the city and it is easy to walk to anywhere in the central area from there.

Cons:

The studio rooms have everything you need but are a bit small and the room had very small windows with very little natural light.

It was very clean, and well set up. It was easy to find when we came to Wellington and easy to get back on the motorway. Our room was lovely.

Clean and good amenities but dark room
Pros:

The property was clean and our 1 bedroom apartment had a good kitchen and laundry and seating area. The location was amazing - so close and walking distance to the waterfront, theatres, parliament, botanic gardens etc

Cons:

The room was extremely dark, even during the day with lights on. Not much natural light in our room so during the sunniest days it was so dark. Not a relaxing space to be during the day unless you like a dreary atmosphere!
