Great location and value for money
The bed was quite small (large double) and not the most comfortable
Location was great. Good value for money and was spacious. Staffs were great and prepared additional bed in our room upon request. Portable heater readily available. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, bathtub, convection stove, fridge, oven, drying rags, utensils, table ware all the things we needed.
Had to climb a flight of stairs to get to the 2 br & bathroom apartment at level7. Parking was not directly at hotel lobby / carpark but nearby multi story carpark.

Central location and parking which is perfect for my travel schedule. Comfortable room nice and quiet being a little bit back from Lambton Quay. Well appointed and always a pleasure to stay whether on my own or with my family.

I liked leaving the hotel if you can call it that staff don't really care in hotel owned by people who don't really care..if you need a set for a early nineties soap opera this place hasn't changed since then ...really worn out place our room you could here the street like you were on it the curtains can't close so the Westpac video wall sign beams in until 10pm and wakes you up at 7am
Well the fact between bookings.com baited me I to an upgrade which was a nearly 300nzd change was actually a downgrade and the hotel wouldn't help or couldn't t help hard to tell when so female reception person would just talk over the top of you...so robbed by bookings and Adina from day one ....everything was then scrutinised not to mention a 3pm fire test and a lift being service in the morning add noise light pollution some reason you almost need a step to reach the toilet and no toilet brush,had to call for a iron ...didn't want to be there it was like the staff were having a joke on your behalf..Adina...you are off the travel list and this isn't over
Location was great and apartment spacious
The view was not as shown in the photos, there is the construction of a large tower block that now blocks the views of the harbour which is why we were drawn to this apartment.
