Good location
Pros:

Fantastic central location.
Generous sized rooms.
Bed and pillows very comfortable.
All reception staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Subterranean rooms away from the street look out onto a grubby paint peeling green wall with a few token plants trying to cheer it up. Room was dark and consequently cool.
Couldn't find any plug socket where the hairdryer cable enabled you to see through a mirror to dry your hair.

Central location, beautiful and spacious suite with a very practical kitchen and modern bathroom.

Cons:

The windows are a bit outdated but it’s quiet at night and it wasn’t a problem.

Pros:

We really appreciated having a washing machine and dryer.

Cons:

Overall, our stay was good, but it wasn’t entirely clean. We noticed breadcrumbs on the couch and some dust in the dryer from previous guests. Also, one of the receptionists who checked us in was rude and didn’t even say hello. However, another receptionist we spoke to later was very helpful and friendly.

Initially a terrible experience but thanks to hotel staff I was moved to a wonderful room.
Pros:

Location and condition of the rooms.

Cons:

As discussed with the hotel and Booking.com, I was initially put into a room on level 1 where the bedroom did not have a window (111). It felt claustrophobic and I slept badly. Watch out as the photos on the web do not reveal a lack of windows in some bedrooms.
I was informed that they are fully booked and could not move me which was rather odd as I had an early check in.
The next day the manager finally agreed to move us to a room with a window in the bedroom. That room was fantastic!
These windowless rooms should be advertised differently at a lower rate. There was a lack of transparency and it did feel like as a Booking.com customer we were treated second class. I recommend you check the rooms as the second one was absolutely fabulous.
