Would not stay here
Pros:

Location was great, walking distance to the water front, Te papa

Cons:

We arrived early from our flight, left bags at reception, not placed in our room ,
The receptionist was really not interested
Told us that the swipe card let us in the room and gave us power to the room
They did not tell us that we had to use this in the lift as well, another guest told us this
When I booked the pictures on booking .com had a view , no mention that rooms could have no view, no light in them , no fresh air
Were not told about room service
Went to ask at reception and were told to scan the code in our room
Had to ask for a toilet brush and only given the brush not the container that it should go into , disgusting
Shower pressure minimal
Heat pump right below curtains, fire risk
Terrible room , terrible experience for a weekend away for our 32nd wedding anniversary
We felt like we were staying in an enclosed basement with no light
We had to have lights on and you honestly could not tell if it was morning or night.
Service was poor , the staff we came into contact with didn't care ,

Pros:

Central location. But noisy as to be expected. Dishwasher, washer & dryer. Essential for travelling with kids.

Cons:

Polyester bedding, cold yet clammy. Don't understand why hotel's have stopped using Cotton / wool.

Comfortable, spacious accommodation in a really good central location. Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Great location with direct access to Lambton Quay. Booked the one bedroom apartment. Spacious with kitchen area and dining. Had a bath! I prefer a bath to a shower - so very important!

Cons:

No restaurant but sister hotel next door has one. Sofa not very comfortable!

A great location right in the city, a lovely apartment with great facilities
Pros:

The location was exceptional right in the city with shops, cafes & restaurants at your doorstep. The room was clean, spacious and had great facilities. The lift to the ground floor put you right in the middle of the city street. Supermarkets very close with facilities to cook if needed

Cons:

The parking is always an issue in a city. Our carpark was a little way away and cost us a far bit over a couple of days

a great place to stay if visiting Wellington or as a work base.
Pros:

Room was amazing and even though on Lambton Quay was exceptionally quiet. Bed was very comfortable and the apartment had everything you needed for a week stay. Loved the toiletries in the bathroom.

Pros:

Location was amazing, very central. Room layout a little quirky. Bed was very comfortable.

Nothing I didn't like but the layout was a bit quirky and the ensuite being only a toilet and sink was different!

Great stay for a family of 4
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and clean. The bath was a good addition to the place.

Cons:

We were on the 1st floor so our only view was of a black building next door. Also we had a remote that didn't work and a switch for the oven was broken but these were fixed straight away when we went to reception.

Very disappointed
Pros:

Our second visit only because we needed 2 bedroom accommodation. Staff very unhelpful and one in particular who we have dealt with before...very rude obnoxious would be sn appropriate word...we paid for parking on arrival and he disputed this and made us feel like we were lying ...our room wasn't serviced because of a policy change...we were very disappointed overall

Awesome and will always stay here when travelling through Wellington.
Pros:

City life is perfect. Great location, excellent room amenities and the beds are awesome.

Cons:

The parking down the road a little is convenient but would be awesome if it was on site. Not too bad in nice weather but running to your car in sideways rain is not cool :-)
