Great value, close to 6th Street and other attractions, a little cramped.
Pros:

I loved how the location was very walkable, but it was right next to the highway. I had a big beautiful terrace, but it overlooked the highway. I did like how the kitchen was fully stocked with cups and plate plates and stuff like that.

Cons:

Well, it was awesome to have a kitchen. There really wasn’t much other space - the bed pretty much took up the whole room and there wasn’t much space to put my stuff like my luggage. I think if the kitchen net was just against the wall that would’ve been better. Also, because it was such a big property it was kind of a maze to find my room.

Hervorragende Unterkunft in bester Lage!!
Pros:

Das Apartment war sehr schön, sauber und hatte eine gute Ausstattung. Sehr schön sind die großen Fenster, somit kommt richtig viel Licht in den Raum. Auch der Balkon ist absolut ausreichend ausgestattet mit 2 Stühlen und einen kleinen Tisch. Die riesige Dusche im Bad ist ein absolutes Highlight.

Cons:

Es gibt hier absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Alles funktioniert. Klima, Ventilatoren, Küche… alles war Top!

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sicherlich OK
Pros:

Gute Lage um von dort aus Austin fußläufig zu erkunden. Wir hatten ein Studio mit einer gut aus gestatten Küche. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt sicher ideal. Frühstücksmöglichkeit(IHOP) ca, 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Bett erwartet und kein Schlafsofa.

Das Zimmer war leider zum Highway 35 ausgerichtet und daher war es sehr laut.
Den großzügigen Balkon konnten wir nicht nutzen, da der Verkehrslärm es einfach nicht zu ließ.

Fantastic facilities and location - great value for money!
Pros:

We have stayed with Placemakr in Austin and in San Antonio before and we love it every time for its great value for money, very new and clean facilities, friendly staff, excellent location and very comfortable beds.

Cons:

The elevator is a bit slow.

Lieu ideal.
Pros:

Grand studio avec chambres séparées.
Très proche de la 6th street.
Le prix était correct.

Cons:

Pas de possibilité de prendre le petit-déjeuner. Mais il y avait tout de même des automates avec de la nourriture.

Excellent place to stay to explore Austin
Pros:

A very large room with good facilities. Excellent FOH staff, we could get stuff delivered there. No unnecessary daily cleaning. Good location. Waymos picked up from a car park 2 minutes walk away. Moonshine bar/restaurant very close.

Cons:

Balcony overlooked the freeway but we weren’t there to relax in the hotel. The pool was smaller than it looked on the photos
