Ottima alternativa all'albergo, appartamento con tutto l'occorrente
Pros:

Ci siamo trovati bene, era circa 10 minuti di camminata dal centro. L'appartamento era completo di tutto, inclusa la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie. Forse ci saremmo aspettati la pulizia della camera e la consegna di asciugamani puliti, ma se si chiedono questi servizi alla reception, vengono effettuati senza costi aggiuntivi.

Cons:

In generale ci è piaciuto tutto. Non abbiamo cose negative da segnalare.

Great but not great, lacks soundproofing and a better positioning.
Pros:

Clean and newly constructed, the whole structure is spacious and comfortable. Our apartment was completed of any amenities and pretty nice.

Cons:

I would have gave a score of 9, but it totally lacks soundproofing both from indoor and outdoor areas, you can hear any sounds like they’re in your room. Also the position is not great, literally next to the interstate.

Pros:

I absolutely loved the location. The property is excellent for accommodating multiple people because it is practically a fully equipped apartment rather than just a standard hotel room. Everything you could possibly need is available nearby. The neighborhood is very safe for walking, and it is incredibly close to Lady Bird Lake, Rainey Street, and Waterloo Greenway. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the noise coming from a facility in the immediate vicinity. It is a constant, 24/7 noise, and I don't understand how it is even legal in Austin because it becomes completely unbearable at night. I think the hotel should report this to the Austin authorities. I know this issue has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but it ends up being the only minus for this property.

Malisima experiencia
Pros:

Tienen habitaciones en el sótano… junto al cuarto de electricidad, el cuarto de basura, en fin el sótano y parqueo y ahí nos dejaron hospedados.
Durante el tiempo que estuvimos no llegó housekeeping.

El colchón de la cama en muy mal estado dolía la
Columna y el respaldo hacía mucho ruido con cualquier movimiento.
