Sehr zentral gelegen, in manchen Bereichen Verbesseungsbedarf
Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich. Die Lage direkt am historischen Zentrum ist sehr günstig. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und daher gut auf unsere Bedürfnisse abgestimmt.

Cons:

Wir waren im „Hinterhaus“ untergebracht, offensichtlich ein ehemaliges Wohnhaus aus den 50er oder 60er Jahren, das für Hotelzwecke umgebaut wurde. Allerdings wirken die Flure und Zimmer schon sehr verwohnt, besonders im Treppenhaus und an den Zimmerwänden. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts war das Duschgel im hoteleigenen Spender leer, ebenso wie der Kleenex-Spender - so etwas sollte eigentlich vor Eintreffen des Gastes geprüft werden.
Das Frühstück ist meiner Meinung nach für den Preis von 18€ nicht ausreichend - in gleichwertigen Häusern wird ein größeres Frühstück zu einem geringeren Preis oder inklusive angeboten. Der Frühstücksraum selbst ist klein, so dass es sich am Buffet schnell gedrängt hat und erst einmal kein Platz verfügbar war - zum Glück war es möglich, ins Restaurant auszuweichen. Sehr unschöne Erfahrung: das hausgemachte Bircher-Müsli war leider gärig, also überlagert.
Für den gezahlten Übernachtungspreis sind wir zwar mit der Lage und dem Personal zufrieden, hätten uns aber in den anderen Bereichen mehr erwartet.

Pros:

Die Lage war gut und die Zimmer in Ordnung für unsere Zwecke.

Cons:

Leider waren die Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber, wir hatten Haare in den Betten. Wir durften für eine Nacht das Zimmer wechseln, das war ok. Mussten dann aber wieder in das alte Zimmer umziehen, das hin und her war für den Aufenthalt natürlich etwas nervig.
