Great sized rooms with very comfy beds and clean bathroom
Very slow service at the pool bar
Tourists in Africa on safari tend to avoid Nairobi. It’s worth a couple of nights there to spend a day in Nairobi, visit the museums, etc. This is perfectly modern cosmopolitan hotel, clean and in a good location and good security. We skipped the buffet breakfast and walked 5-10 minutes to the nearby mall where there were a couple good cafe choices with full kitchen breakfasts and good pastries.
Don’t rely on the concierge to book a restaurant reservation. He forgot the day before (I think) and booked too late the day of, and we wound up with a very late table at Carnivore – which is definitely an experience but doesn’t live up to the hype. It’s a Brazilian steakhouse which also has crocodile (actually very good), ox testicles (meh), ostrich meatballs (meh).
Staff amazing. Especially chefs who looked after us so well. Chef Ganesh and Chef Tony particularly.
Suites were poorly furnished and designed. Huge space with sparse furniture. Walk in showers poorly designed with water always flooding bathroom. Pillows were awful.

The hotel was nice and clean the stuff was nice
The rooftop restaurante the stuff are not welcoming I ordered mocktail was not available she recomended juice it was absouletly disgusting the stuff at the restaurante have stairing problem and not helpful
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Bedrooms were comfortable and all areas were spotlessly clean and we'll maintained.
Security was tight at the entrance, which made us feel safe while in the building but that it would be unwise to wander beyond the perimeter.
