A wonderful stay with great service, a beautiful view, and a homey, welcoming atmosphere.
Pros:

Beachfront property located in Station 1. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Ralph… he made us feel at home, particularly my senior citizen grandma and mom. 😊

They offer free use of “Banig” for sunbathing at the beach, as well as unlimited drinking water. There’s also a common area balcony with a great view, perfect for eating and relaxing.

Cons:

Just make sure to let them know if you’re coming with a PWD or a senior citizen since there’s no elevator. We didn’t have any problems though, they helped us with our luggage, and the stairs were manageable for all of us.

Pros:

Location was perfect. Right on the edge of station 1 and 2 steps from the beach. The best part of the beach where there is no algae is a 3 min walk. It’s right near Starbucks and all the best restaurants and cafes. Close to great bars and clubs but very quiet for sleeping. Great value for money

Great accommodation!
Pros:

Basic accommodation but great for a short stay. Beds were very comfortable and staff was lovely with any questions we had. Would definitely stay again

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Satın aldığım odadan farklı bir odaya verdiler. Görseldeki oda uzun camlı ve yeşilliğe bakan bir yerdi. Bana verilen oda zemin katta penceresi duvara bakıyordu. Sonra farklı bir oda gösterdiler o odanında camı uzun değil yarımdı ve kapalı bir alana bakıyordu. Bu şartlarda kalmak istemediğimi söyledim ve booking üzerinden iptal etmemi söylediler. İptal ücretini bookingin karşıladığını söylediler ve beni odadan çıkardılar. Gece 23:30’da başka bir hotel bulup tekrardan ödeme yapmak durumunda kaldım. Bookingten bana gelen mesajda para iademin hotel onaylarsa yapılacağını söylediler. Hoteli aradım fakat kimse dönüş yapmadı. Bende hotele gittim ve kendileriyle konuştum. Onay vericeklerini söylediler fakat bookingten bana gelen dönüşte onay verilmediği söylendi.
Yani hem bana aldığımdan başka bir oda vermeye çalıştılar hemde ödediğim param yandı. O an fotoğrafları çekememiştim bookinge ulaşmaya çalışıyordum ve beni odadan çıkardılar. Odanın fotoğraflarını istedim odaların full olduğunu ve veremeyeceklerini söylediler. Turist polisine şikayet ettim polis ile birlikte hotele geldik ve fotoğrafları mail atacaklarını söylediler fakat öyle bir mailde gelmedi
Tek başına seyahat eden biri olarak kesinlikle güvenilir bir hotel değil ve beni mağdur ettiler.
Hotelin giriş kısmı bile fotoğraftakilerden farklıydı.

Best boracay stay for us so far. We'll be back here again when we visit PH again.
Pros:

100% beach front and best spot for the sunset, near all the cafes and restaurants. Fast wifi. Very clean rooms, no bed bugs compared to other known hotels/resorts. Nice bathrooms too, simple but neat and clean, with heater, bidet, water pressure is great too since our room was on the 3rd floor! Thank you to Sir Ralph and other staff for our comfortable stay. Everybody is very accommodating. So far this is our best stay in Boracay since we visited couple of times before. Now we know where to stay again, will definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you po!

Everything was perfect! From the location, cleanliness and the helpful staff. Especially to the receptionist who helped us. You can book the tours directly to him :) the beachfront location is perfect and near all the shops and restaurants so we got everything we need

Near the beach, clean hotel room and bathroom! Budget friendly. Enjoyed my stay in Boracay!
Pros:

Just a few steps out the hotel and you'll be at the beach! Room has bath towels, shower heater, shampoo, soap, TV, kettle, tea cups, fridge.
