Our room was just as expected and the hotel in general was really clean and well maintained. A good location & staff were very helpful.

Cons:

One of the outdoor pools was advertised as heated however during our stay, it wasn’t heated and was too cold to swim comfortably with a young child.

Enjoyable and calm
Pros:

I really liked receptionist Sandra. She very kindly explained tome about facilities and Health Club and made my stay much more memorable. I enjoyed the sweet menu for breakfast (especially the banana pie, its amazing!!) Also, the view from my room was just amazing🌹

Cons:

I did not like that the piano canot be played or used as for concerts yet and my mini bar was not filled with food, and in my room i did not have warm water
