Cons:

Nothing was as expected. Room was dirty. There were oil stain on bed sheet pillow cover. Mosquitoes everywhere. Bathroom was very dirty. The sink had no pipeline drainage it was open and all the sink dirty water overflowed into the bathroom and it was very smelly. Everything was dirty

One of the worst hotels I have been with my family.

Cons:

1. The rooms were smaller than expected.
2. The beds were dusty and the bedsheets including blankets were dirty. Seems they haven't been washed and dusted since months.
3. The food was decent but the breakfast and food service was pathetic. They just have one chef and one waiter. They do all the heavy lifting while you wait for the waiter to turn up with the curry to have the morsel getting cold in your hand. You have to constantly get up from the middle of your meal and remind them by going to the kitchen about the already placed order and any additions to the order. There is mismanagement in taking orders as well.
4. The toileteries had to be reminded of constantly post check-in.
