Facility - This is not 4 star facility

One of the worst hotel experiences of our life... we didn't sleep because of ongoing construction work next door, even during the night. Our 5 month old baby was constantly disturbed. No aircon outside the room, ambiance felt like an abandoned place. No toilet paper, ventilation in the bathroom is non-existent, so it was smelling. Phones were not working, and TV was not connected. It is a very old property which is badly in need of some renovation.

The aircon in my room was very loud and too strong even at lowest setting (my mum's room next door was ok)
The bathroom door has an automatic closing function which means it gets unbearably warm and humid inside - only way to keep door open is to place the plastic bucket between door and frame to keep it ajar
My room was close to one end of the building with loud machinery presumably airconditioning units right outside which were very noisy
The hotel is on a busy road that get very heavy and fast moving vehicles at night so you get a lot of traffic noise that is drowned out by the aircon in the room
Breakfast service was a bit of a joke - we were told 10-15 min for delivery - our food arrived nearly an hour later and delayed our onward journey (thankfully by car vs a flight); they did not have food items we ordered which were not all mentioned at the start and were only told so when I called to follow-up about our breakfast
Instead of coffee, tea was sent up - eventually coffee came but was weak and terrible tasting
