Das Zimmer, das Essen, war ein Traum.
Das Personal überaus freundlich. Die Lage war spitzen mässig.

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich war ein Witz.
Man musste über die Bar, dann im Freien den Wellnessbereich suchen. Dann angekommen, sehr kleiner Ruheraum, da alle Liegen belegt waren mussten wir wieder ins Zimmer gehen. Einen normalen Liegeraum gab es nicht, man möchte sich vielleicht auch etwas im Urlaub unterhalten.
Kein Hallenbad, das Freibad war geschlossen, für ein 4 SternS sehr mager ausgestattet.

Pros:

Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit vielen hausgemachten Angeboten (zB Tomaten-Basilikum-Humus ...) ... die Lage des Hotels ist top - Blick von der Terrasse und dem Wellnessbereich über die Stadt Meran. Die Außenanlage mit Salzwasserpool ist einzigartig - insbesondere die tolle Vegetation (Bananenbaum, Palmen, Olivenbäume uvm.) traumhaft schön! Alle Mitarbeiter sehr sehr nett - von der Reception bis hin zum Servierpersonal ... Es war ein wunderschönes Wochenende! Auch die Massagen der lieben Petra ausgezeichnet!

Tolle Entspannung gepaart mit Gourmet-Erlebnis

Die Ansprache der Hotelleitung und des Personals war überaus freundlich und servicebereit! Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ein toller Mix aus Südtiroler Style und modernen Elementen. Das Essen war hervorragend, jeder Gang eine Geschmacksexplosion! Pool – und Wellness, anlage, sehr gepflegt und einladend. Ebenso das Zimmer! Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen diese Haus zu 100%!
