Lift didn’t work to 2nd floor and hasn’t been working for some time. No tea or coffee facilities as per description, however this was ordered in but then we were asked to pay for it!!! Bed sheets and pillows stained. Walls covered in stains. Dirty filthy rugs. Didn’t get the room we paid for as it should’ve been larger with 3 beds but got a smaller room.
