I servizi, un solo asciugamano, no TV in camera, arredamento camera quasi inesistente, camera troppo piccola, insonorizzazione scarsa, check-in pessimo, abbiamo avuto indicazioni solo all' ultimo minuto e dopo ripetute richieste, check-in alle 16:00 quando ovunque è alle 15:00. E soprattutto, non siamo stati avvisati di lavori in corso esattamente davanti alla camera, impossibile dormire giù dall' alba per i rumori insopportabili del cantiere. Rumori che dureranno per tante settimane. Trovo disonesto non avvertire su questo.

Perfect.
Pros:

Very clean and comfy, beautifully decorated, and incredibly quiet — we had a wonderful stay.

The host was an absolute gem: kind, attentive, and made everything easy from start to finish.
As a bonus, the location is perfect, very close to Buffalo Bayou Park and downtown, which made getting around super convenient.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this place truly deserved one.
100% recommended!

Schönes Häuschen nah am Zentrum von Houston und dennoch recht ruhig mit großen Park in der Nähe.
Pros:

DIe Lage war top. Das Haus stand in einer ruhigen Strasse und die Midtown/ Downtown Area konnte zu Fuss erreicht werden. Unser Auto konnten wir in der Strasse, nahe am Haus parken. Wir konnten Kühlschrank, Küche und Wohnzimmer gemeinsam mit den anderen Gästen benutzen. Dabei kamen wir uns aber nie in die Quere. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt. Das freie WiFi hat gut funktioniert. Man ist nicht weit von einem größeren Park entfernt (gut für Jogger) und in der näheren Umgebung gibt es auch nette Bars/ Cafés, Restaurants und viele junge Leute.
