Best accessibility and location.
Exceptional cleanliness (I have a dust allergy but felt no irritation).

However, providing only one roll of toilet paper per day and the difficulty of finding the entrance are drawbacks. Overall, it offers the best quality at a very good price.

Definitely recommend.
Pros:

Great studio apartment with everything you need. It was very clean and new. The reception is also very nice.

We went to Seoraksan national park from this hotel. It was an easy bus ride and only a few mins walk to the bus stop.

깨끗해요~ 주말가격은 작은 룸대비 너무 비싸요.
Pros:

객실은 깨끗하고 잠자리는 편안해요, 속초해변에서도 가깝습니다. 다만, 가격대비 규모가 작아서 주말가격이 너무 비싸네요. 신발 벗는곳이 왜 구별이 없는지 애매한것이 문제점 같습니다. 냉장고 위치가 잘못된거 같아요. 현관 바로앞 냉장고 문을 열려면 신발을 치워야했습니다. 주차장은 잘되어 있어 편하게 이용했습니다 ~^^ 가족여행 잘보내고 갑니다.

너무 만족스런 숙소였어요. 속초바다 뷰, 걸어서1분 컷 접근성, 청소상태 뭐하나빠지지 않는 곳이었어요. 다만, 주차관련해서 프론트에 주차등록( 또는 앱을 통해 등록)을 했으나 의사소통이 원할하지 않았는지, 매번 나갈때마다 호출을 눌러야했네요

깨끗하고 위치가 좋습니다.
주차도 편리 하고 공간도 넉넉 합니다.
걸어서 출입 하기가 불편 합니다.
빌딩이 둘러서 막혀있고 통행이 주차장 쪽 만 가능합니다.
사용한 타월이나 쓰레기 처리에 대한 안내가 없고 2박3일 묵었는데 치워주지 않습니다.
